Jonathan Wallace has been a shining star in obtaining many of the items scarcely available during the Pandemic late last year & this year. Jonathan professionally handled & solved all problems/delays satisfactorily & in a timely manner for several projects to meet my customer's expectations numerous times.. I direct all of my clientele for plumbing selections to Jonathan who has always shown a keen knowledge for even my most meticulous ones. Thank you Jonathan for a great job!

I first called the Apex showroom to find out if we could walk in or needed an appt (due to COVID-19), I was transferred to a Suzanne who was impatient and rude as if she did not have time to talk to me on the phone. She said I had to make an appt and the person to set that up with would call me back. Well they never did. So my husband called back and he also spoke to this Suzanne and he said “I understand you need an appointment to come in?” She immediately said, “No, come on in.”

Later we arrive at the showroom....We walk in and immediately the associate named Suzanne says she’s busy, someone else will help you. She doesn’t bother to get up from her desk or look away from her computer. Theresa was very kind and helpful, unlike her co-worker. She was patient in helping us order the items we needed for our remodel.

Apex had all we needed but I will avoid going to that location if I can just to avoid the rudeness.

Zack helped me put together a more efficient system for drawing my cold plunge. Very patient w my limited knowledge
