Visited recently for help getting a valve and shower trim. Joanne helped me directly but several of the other salespeople also helped by giving suggestions and pulling items. Everyone was very personable, flexible, and kind. Seemed to have a great selection and an extensive showroom. Happy to have used their services.

After reading other reviews about their staff, I guess I should not be surprised to also have been treated so poorly by Jonathan Wallace (whose card says he is the Showroom Manager). We showed him what we were interested in so he made notes and said he would email me a quote the next day. He then quickly moved to another couple, actually walking around and engaging with them. I never received any quotes. To paraphrase Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman... "Big mistake. Huge!" We went to a local competitor and spent a great deal of money buying the exact items we picked out at Apex and were prepared to buy from them Do not waste your time going here unless you want to be treated like you don't belong.

Spent almost an hour and a half at Home Depot with three different people helping us with complicated project hooking up our sink to an ionize special water filter. Within about 15 minutes, everything we needed DONE! Wow! Beyond words thank YOU ZAC!

Super helpful people. I went in with a problem and with pictures… Zack was able to get me all the parts I needed. I was amazed and truly thankful. It is a breath of fresh air to have someone so knowledgeable to help you with a problem these days. I highly recommend this place and I am now a customer for life.
