Rude employee that was very unwelcoming and clearly has an attitude when asked if he could help lift something onto the bed of a truck. Not sure I’ll be coming back and I was planning to drop a lot on some things…sucks when a place doesn’t care bout it’s customers

I give 5 stars to the guys that work the supply house. I go to Ferguson when I have to, my biggest beef with this company is the prices. They are charging 30-40% higher then any where else. To my fellow plumbers:. Check the price difference of a 4" combie fitting to any other supplier and you will see what I'm mean.

I was in two times within an hour because I kept running into problems with my project. Both times and with both associates I was helped tremendously well. The first associate helped me figure out what the problem was and the second associate found the perfect parts and hooked me up with a small thing of glue as I only needed a dab. They were great! I wish I had more stuff to plumb!

I needed an adapter for my bathroom faucet to connect a hose for washing my dogs. I checked the big hardware stores but no one had it, so I looked up and found mission valley pipe & supply. The gentleman helping me patiently tested until he found the right adapter. Super helpful.

Matt helped me today and I just wanted to leave a quick review. He is very caring and has great customer service skills. He has a great attitude and got everything I needed fast and was very respectful! 10/10 would recommend!

I was looking for a very specific make and model of water heater. Called this location and I didn't realize it was close to closing time. The associate Matt took my number and promised to call me back so I can place my order... and he actually DID! He called me back on a saturday afternoon even after closing! He was able to order my tank and schedule my delivery. I would have otherwise had to wait until Monday and potentially have a bigger headache on hand. I really appreciate this person. Thank you MATT!!

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to:Bill and Matt at Ferguson Plumbing and Supply, Mission Valley location! Bill and Matt were more than accommodating to assist me with another Kohler purchase of my new 27” pedestal sink. They were both so polite, professional, provided me updates with expected delivery dates/times, and Bill assisted in helping me inspect my purchase before I left He also loaded the 2 piece sink into my SUV. I was in/out in a flash, both days I was there , thanks to them! This location is outstanding and truly offers wonderful service.

I remember being a kid coming down to the old Mission Valley Pipe and Supply Warehouse, good group of people. My good friend is now gone but has left it behind with some of the old crew. They will be here to help you if they can. Just happen to be on site when James was setting up the new show room. My boy Randall and crew are ready to take your order and make it happen. If you need help definitely cruise by and see if they can help.

I wanted to wait until i had work done to rate them, and let me tell you, I am more impressed with PAWS PLUMBING with each interaction.

If I could give 10 🌟 I would! Jack and his staff are absolutely amazing. The communication is top-notch! I got text message updates before AND after my appointment. I've had several plumbers over the years, and I never know when (or IF) they will show up. So, having this communication has been a major relief for me.

I had PAWS out a few months ago to assess all of the plumbing issues and figure out what order to get them done in. David was my technician for the inspection and was thorough, and he went through all of my options. I didn't have enough money to do the work that day, but he was kind and courteous and let me know he's be back when I was ready.

Fast forward to last week. I had an appointment, and David and Angus came out to work on one of my main values. They couldn't get the water to shut off from the street. The water company had to come out to fix something they previously screwed up... but I had to wait over a week to get them out here. David let me know he could come back out when the water company was done.

David and Angus were back out today and did a GREAT JOB!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My faucets no longer leak, and the wayer pressure is on point. I'm so pleased with not only the work performed but also the professionalism, promptness, communication, kindness, and overall amazing technicians that they are!

I can't wait to have them back to complete the rest of my plumbing "to do." Now who can say that about their plumber??

We needed a Flo-meter installed on our home for our home insurance policy. We called Paws Plumbing and they came out the next day. Will was awesome and very knowledgeable. They installed our device the same day and helped us set up the app to connect with it. Highly recommend them!

Our appointment was between 10am-12 and they texted 30 minutes before and said they were on their way. In my experience with other businesses, this doesn't always happen so it was off to a great start. They wore booties to cover their shoes when they walked around the house. I love that because I just did our floors and I appreciate any business that leaves outside dirt outside. They replaced the sink fixtures and explained in detail why it went bad and what we can do in the future from letting it get so bad again. They cleaned up after themselves and so informative about everything they were doing. My hubby always says I pester, but I have a lot of questions and both guys were so patient. I had all of my questions answered and they listened when I asked about different options for a new water heater and a shower head replacement. They also looked at what I think is a leak by using a camera to peek into the walls and cutting little squares. So it might not be a leak at all, but he left good instructions on what to look for and he would be able to do give us more information on what he will do next if it is a real leak. All in all, I highly recommend them and I'm happy that I listened to my hubby and went with this company opposed to our usual plumber, who didn't even call me back after our last text. So thankful to be moving on from them and happy that we have found someone great.

Jonathan showed up at the times we agreed upon, and all work was done awesomely. Before starting the specific project, he surveyed every water outlet in our house- kitchen, all bathrooms, etc. He also checked the water pressure from the street, which is pretty important to have set correctly. The work was completed even more quickly than he estimated, which gave me time to get started on my own project checklist! Thank you:)

Very happy with Jacob. He explained everything before doing it, was clear about pricing, and completed my work efficiently. We get along well and I will use Paws again!
