Spoke with and had several companies come out. They all GLANCED at my water heater, told me they couldn't fix it cause I got it at Home Depot (doesn't everyone?) and I'd have to buy a new one for $$THOUSANDS$$. PAWS was the ONLY company that listened to me and worked with me AND the water heater company. Then REPAIRED, not replaced, it. They saved me TONS OF MONEY and made me VERY happy and IMPRESSED. Great job! Jacob did an excellent job. He was right on time, very professional and completed the job very efficiently. I appreciated that they didn't charge me to come out and diagnose the issue and their prices were very good. I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing issues.

Typically Paws comes out Monday through Friday. However, they were able to Work with my sellers schedule in A real estate transaction to send out on a Saturday. Micheal was prompt and also thorough with his inspection. We really enjoyed working with him! I will definitely plan to use in the future for inspections.

PAWS Plumbing was excellent to work with. They immediately responded to my initial call and the follow up was exceptional. The plumber that worked with us, Jacob Baker, was amazing. Not only did he do excellent work, but he was very personable. I could not recommend this company more highly.

We are six days out from Christmas 2024 and we discovered that we have a water leak under our house coming from our kitchen sink where the pipe had cracked. Paws Plumbing came out the SAME DAY we called them and Jacob was able to fix the leak before sunset. We really appreciate that he also did a free home inspection of the plumbing in the rest of our home and had found a couple things that we could address proactively to reduce the chance of a leak in the future. Jacob‘s professionalism and attention went a long way and we are so grateful For Paws!

The quality of service is top notch. Not only are they knowledgeable they are responsive and just great guys.

Need a plumber ASAP as the water line into our fridge was corroded and the install guy was not able to remove the old water line from our old fridge without risking giving us an indoor pool in the kitchen. As we were going on about a week without a functional fridge, did not want to delay getting that issue addressed to get the install guys back out to get our fridge up and running. I used PAWS plumbing 2 years ago when I had plumbing issues in the house. They were fantastic in addressing our plumbing issues then. PAWS plumbing was the only company that came into mind when I needed a plumber again to address this current issue. Jonathan came out. He was early. Took care of this issue, had time and went around and tested the pipes and water pressure in the house. I know absolutely nothing about plumbing. Jonathan was very patient and explained the other little problems I should look into getting replaced soon. Found another issue in one of the upstairs bathrooms and was fixed during the visit. He also let me know what in the house I needed to address and gave me quotes. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again if I need a plumber in the future

Top notch company. I had a problem with my toilet and they were out the next day to assess and repair the problem. The two guys that came out were very professional, worked quietly and left it looking great. Their response time is amazing! Highly recommend them.

Paws came to our property and fixed an incorrectly installed hose bib. Great work.

Had a leak in my crawlspace and was expecting bad news. Fortunately it wound up being a simple fix. Jacob was able to replace my wax ring and reseat the toilet (even put in new bolts and a new supply line!) He did what he said he was going to do for the price he quoted (no hidden fees!), and did it well, which is a rarity.

Every step of the way he provided me with pictures of the before and after, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. He was also pleasant, polite, and personable (and willing to talk about dogs lol).

I can’t recommend PAWS Plumbing and Jacob enough! Our garbage disposal was jammed with broken glass, causing the sink to back up repeatedly. Jacob quickly identified the issue and resolved it within 30 minutes. Will was also incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring the problem was addressed promptly and Jonathan helped as well to fix the handle on our toilet.

This team is reliable, efficient, and affordable—truly top-notch service. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Amazing service! I first spoke to Will on the phone to schedule an appointment to replace my dead water heater. Will was very pleasant to speak to over the phone. I called late afternoon and got an appointment the next day. Angus was the plumber assigned. He arrived on-time, had a quote in hand within 15 min and a new heater installed by 4pm same day. Angus clearly communicated the services he planned on performing and demonstrated his industry knowledge and professionalism. I think I found my go-to plumbing company and favorite plumber.

Jonathan took great care of us and our house during a gas leak. I very much appreciated the communication during the whole process. In addition it was easy to call and schedule an appointment given we were dealing without gas. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Corey and Toby from Paws Plumbing were absolutely phenomenal! They helped us out with replacing our hot and cold water valves and made the entire experience seamless. From start to finish, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and transparent about everything they were doing. You could tell right away they really know their stuff.

Not only were they quick and efficient, but they also took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, their pricing was very fair—no surprises, no upselling, just honest, quality work.
