The workers are rude, was trying to helping a helpless little dog on the freeway and the driver yelled I couldn't park there as I was trying to help a dog with police there . For a company with a dog logo and name this is how they talk to people and could care less about animals . This was at 12pm feb 17th.

Super responsive I am pretty sure they came out the next day. They came out twice very competitive in their pricing definitely a lot cheaper than Bill Howe and quicker. I’m pretty sure it was David that came out to see us both times always good to have a recommended Plumber you never know, thanks again David for spotting the high water pressure problem we were having!

Paws Plumbing was by far the best decision we made in hiring a plumber. We had a leak and had to hire CPL to determine the approximate location of the leak. Paws plumbing was able to fix the leak because they really took the time to figure it out and were very thorough in their process. We are so grateful to Jacob, Corey, Dave and Toby for all their hard work and dedication to making it right and working with us to get creative on ways to save $. They were polite, prompt, and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend their team!

Our master bath shower faucet would not turn off on Wednesday morning and we frantically started calling around for repairs within the North County area. After contacting Paws Plumbing through Yelp, Dispatcher Will promptly responded back and was able to schedule a time to send over someone to do a consultation. After having the water turned off to our house for 24 hours we were happy to welcome Technician Eric for our consultation Thursday morning.
Eric was pleasant and professional when he arrived with a mask and shoe coverings at our front door. Although we had tried to purchase new hardware for our shower and sink faucet replacements he kindly informed us that it would not match what was needed for the repair. He was able to provide both a consultation and start the repair work the same day!
As our shower was the first priority that was completed on Thursday and we worked with Will to schedule another appointment for Monday for our troublesome sink faucets. All the work was completed within the estimated time frame. Paws plumbing is highly recommended!

I appreciate the professional services of Paws Plumbing. It was easy to schedule my appointment and the technician arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window. He took the time to check the performance of my hot/cold water shut off valves in both of my bathrooms. I appreciate the detailed invoice up-front so that I could review all the components of work being performed. The technician was able to perform the work on the same day, which saved the time of scheduling a second visit. When he was done, he left the kitchen and bathrooms clean and tidy. I will definitely call again for help with my plumbing needs and I will recommend their services to my neighbors.

I'm not sure why all these reviews state they are reasonable. I paid a whoping $350 for a half hour of a plumbers time,plus I supplied %100 of the parts and got zero guarantee on work. Three stars for showing up on time and changing out a couple r/o filters.

David was a very professional technician and helped me understand what needed to be done and educated me on the code. I needed my pre existing 50 gallon water heater and the piping around it replaced, and he finished within half a day.

Corey came out to fix some piping damaged by water softener installers. Corey was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Patient and explained everything. Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer.

From cradle to grave, this was the best experience. I was hooked at "Paws," Will reeled me in on the first call with his winning personality and availability to have a tech on site at such short notice, and sunk with Jaime's exceptional effort. I am so impressed with their reliability and that they succeeded at doing the little things that others promise, but fail to deliver. As a facility maintenance company, I deal with a lot of people every day all over the contiguous United States. It is difficult being in a centralized location and having large companies depend on you for their maintenance needs when you are not local. Techs will accept a job and promise to show up, and when it comes time, I can't get back in touch with them. No calls, no texts, no response. Paws Plumbing, Will and Jaime came through clutch like people don't anymore and I am keeping their information for all of my commercial plumbing needs in the San Diego area. I don't think I can recommend them enough. Jaime did amazing quality work for a really competitive cost. He was punctual, professional, and polite. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Also, he was incredibly communicative, understanding that I am not local and I requested photos and text updates. He kept me informed at every step. Impressed is not even the word. Completely awe struck more encompasses this experience.

Jacob Baker and his helper Angus performed our biggest job so far and did impeccable work. Below are progress pics of replacing a 70 year old cast iron sewer pipe located underneath an asphalt driveway. Pic 1 they marked off the area. Pic 2 they laid a tarp for asphalt pieces for easy cleanup. Pic 3 they cut asphalt and jack hammered into pieces. Pic 4 they exposed the pipe. Pic 5 removed old pipe and installed new pipe including a small pile of gravel in middle of pipe to prevent a future belly. Pic 6 thorough backfill and leveling. Pic 7 they added gravel and made it much easier for me to lay the asphalt. The project was completed in two days without any incident. Their commounication is always excellent and thorough. These are the guys to hire for your project to ensure it is done cirrectly for a fair price. A++ Thank you Jacob and Angus.

We recently had a severe plumbing problem and were very concerned about finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Corey from Paws Plumbing arrived, clearly explained the situation, and immediately put our minds at ease. His knowledge and skill are unmatched. I accidentally ran over one of my sprinkler heads. Corey, showed up quickly, he was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He had all of the parts with him and fixed it immediately. His prices are very reasonable. Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. I highly recommend.

Dave the service Manager is the best! He is so friendly and makes things happen. We had a time sensitive issue that he was able to make happen. He was extremely professional and really cares about the client. The whole team did a great job and cannot speak more highly of this company. They handle our Residential & Commercial needs.

We run a martial arts and fitness gym and had a water heater leaking causing us to limit use of the restroom. We were dispatched Jonathan by Will who kept us up to date and aware of appointment time working on getting us help as fast as possible. Will let us know he could get to us even faster than scheduled. Johnathan got us back to being able to operate and options on solutions. Great honest and fast service!
