Before FERGUSON it was owned by Don Armstong, ARMSTRONG PLUMBING SUPPLY, ALMOST EXCLUSIVE, FROM 1970 TO SOME WHERE IN THE LATE 90, HE SOLD TO FERGUSON S AND CONTINUED BUS>NESS TILL I RETIRED IN 2003. GREAT PEOPLE SUPPORT. STILL USE THEM AS NEED. RECOMMEND.

Not trucker friendly big problem with parking at back ordering truck load that they don't have space to unload. The make appointment without letting you know. In one word they don't care!!!

Let me tell you...if this supply co doesn't have what you are looking for, they will tell you exactly where to get it. They didn't get my sale today but they will be my first choice still becasue their service is awesome. Really appreciate them.

I went here today looking for a small piece of schedule 80 they only carry larger stuff and the guy seemed put out to even try to help me. I'm so sorry that I'm not a $900 customer or more. I thought I would go to a plumbing store too because it's better than Lowe's and has bigger selection of specific Parts but apparently you guys don't or don't care to help. You can roll your eyes at someone else next time dude.

You need to have to more people on the counter And one more On will call. If the counter is where you make your money on rush hour you should have for people Not people waiting at the counter For a salesman The two people you have on the counter are overworked. They're excellent but they're overworked

I made a purchase back in October and paid cash. Certain items needed to be returned, due to that my contractor had already purchased the items. I was told since I paid cash, I would get a refund the following week. A week passed and nothing, then I called spoke with Camille the sales person and she has given me about 3 different stories on when I will get the refund. I asked for corporates # and have left 2 voicemails and have yet to receive a phone call. I also purchased more items and asked to get a credit and was told I couldn't. I was planning on purchasing more items, but at this point I will take my business elsewhere. As a business owner, this is bad business.
