I guess after a company gets big enough they can forget about customer service? Can't get anybody to answer the phone, left a message, waited hours for a return call only to be hung up on.... Guess what Ferguson's? There are other options in town!

I would never go to this Ferguson again in my life. I bought 2 1/2 in pro press fitting. The guy at the front counter goes to the back and gets the fitting I ask for. I go to the job I was working at. press in my fitting and turn the water on and a fitting blows out. I put my pro press on charge. Whent back to Ferguson and explain to them what was going on what propess I was using. They sell me 6 more fitting that they whent and got from the back wearhouse. I go to job and press the fitting that they sold me twice press them on pipe and turn water on and fitting pulls apart . Next day I go back and explain to them what was going on at first they were like we gonna take care of it. Then they told me to unload the pipe that was in my van and when I start to unload it they said

I used the wrong press gun and that they won’t refund nothing because it was a installer fault
I told the guy I didn’t ask for nibco press fitting witch doesn’t work with ridge pro press. Y’all gave me these fitting I don’t pick them out y’all grab them.

I could totally understand that the first time the pipe blow out it was my fault but I whent The right at 4:50pm Jan/2/18 the second times and explain to them what was happening then the sold me the same fitting after I told them I had ridge propress then they sold me the same fitting. I spent almost 1345.00 on and then when they called me and told me that they wouldn’t refund me the cash the guy that called said hey this is blah blah blah from Ferguson and i talk to my manger and we will not refund you at all (boom there you go) have a good day.

the guy that sold me the fittings didn’t even know that nibco 2 1/2- 4 press fitting you need to have a nibco press gun.

They charge me for all this Material and the guy who sold me it knows he’s messed up and didn’t wanna take blam for his mistake. I would put they names on here but i understand people mess up but act like I grab the fitting from the self and bought them

This place is very unorganized and communication in non existent. The employees that work there do not greet you when you walk in and they make no attempt to help. Ordered flex pipe and called before I went to the store to make sure they were in stock and ready for pick up. They told me they were. When I arrived they did not have in stock and was told that they don't know when they will have in stock. They did not seem to care about my situation and did not care about customer service. Stay away from this place and go to Home depot or Lowes.

Jacob and Adrian have been a blessing to me over the past 2 years. Casanova plumbers were called to a property of mine for a major plumbing issue we had been dealing with for years. After assessing the issue Jacob and his crew were able to make repairs within a matter of hours.Being in multi-family we have had a multitude of plumbing issues, Casanova plumbing has been there for us to handle every problem we have had whether day or night. I highly recommend them if you have any issues large or small. You will not find a more professional company in my opinion these guys are great people.

Water heater went out. Casanova Plumbing was fair and honest, and very fast to change out my water heater. Any future plumbing issues I will be calling them.
