They oversold themselves and claimed to be very knowledgeable about boiler systems. We were severely overcharged and they never finished the job on a new build.

Great experience with this company! I called and made an appointment for an estimate and Chris was out the next business day. He gave me estimate and ordered the replacement boiler. It came in earlier than expected and 2 days later the work began with his two plumbers. They were professional, very competent and willing to do whatever necessary to ensure I had heat quickly. A day and a half later all was completed and the final bill was almost $400 less than the original bid. They will be my first choice for referrals or any additional work I may require. This is a very poorly run company. I always try to support mom and pop operations but I can’t support poor business practices. I tried for months to pay for services rendered. Finally spoke to owner who replied he was too busy at the time. Two years later received an invoice. Very unprofessional.

They called back immediately and got here as soon as they could! They fixed it well and it was super fairly priced! I will never call another plumber!!

Jimmy & Caleb fixed our boiler heating system and were friendly, professional, and efficient! Would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

C & C has been to our house twice for problems. Both times, they have showed up when they said they would and have provided explanations of of what the problems were, along with the repairs they completed. These guys are AWESOME! We bought an older home and it needed complete re-plumbing. Jimmy showed up & took care of it & did a beautiful job in 2 days $1500 less than we thought it would be! A year later we had problems with our water heater. Caleb came over and diagnosed it for no charge.Meanwhile our home warranty company let us sit around without hot water for 4 days! I called Caleb back and he squeezed us in he had it replaced in about an hour.When I went to pay him he gave me a discount for paying in cash. I love these guys! I won't even consider another plumber in the future! THANX C&C!

We hired C&C Plumbing to do complete plumbing and gas installation in a restaurant and bar. Their workmanship is amazing! They communicate well, follow through and show up on time. Their team is very professional and nice to work with. We will definitely hire them again!

Great customer service! Knew exactly what I was looking for. Great people to work with.

Called 3 times to get help with a heating problem. Was told someone would call me back, nobody calls back .. ever .. not the first time this has happened so not really surprised at being ignored. Took my business elsewhere.

The person they sent out knew less than I I ended up fixing the problem and finding parts same day versus 4 days later they are very nice people but I solved the problem and don't get near what they get paid

Dale's plumbing did an excellent job, it appears. Although, I had no clogs in my plumbing, the main line was backed up and we gladly let them enter our apartment to snake it for Nemont Manor. They noticed the seals in my sink needed to be re-sealed, and much thanks to Nemont Manor and Aaron Cooper, our maintenance person, for gifting us with a shiny new faucet. Thanks again, Tyler and Aaron, for your thorough work!

Jerel does a great job and makes sure that the customer knows all alternatives and offers up sage advice. This, all in addition to performing excellent plumbing and performing the job in a timely fashion.
