Dylan is great, but call ahead if you can...he's busy.

The son came out, did a bunch a pcp piping and put in a vanity, did a great job, had a problem 2 weeks later, no water in bathroom, called, called, no resolve, thought he should've backed his work, paid 1500 bucks!

It was time for a new water heater and Dylan was awesome to work with. I'll definitely use him again in the future.

Dylan has done work for my husband and I and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His professionalism and kindness impressed me. We love our finished bathroom. The tub is perfect! Thank you Dylan, Ace Plumbing for a job well done.

We were super impressed with Dylan at Ace Plumbing for the work he did on our new build, as well as the repairs and updates he had to make on the part we added on to. He was alway great about explaining the issues with us and also tried to save us money while not compromising quality. We highly recommend him!

Dylan showed up right at 8 A.M. on a Monday morning eager to get started. His great attitude and enthusiasm is enlightening! He was fast and efficient, had all the tools he needed on hand to get the job done. I highly recommend Dylan to my friends and family.

Totally saved the day - had a leaking shower and weekend guests in the B&B and Dave cheerfully took care of it last on Friday afternoon. We are so very appreciative of the excellent, prompt service. Thanks!

Excellent service and quick to an emergency. The gentleman that I has helped me both times has been on time and completes the job in a timely manner. I will continue to use First Choice for both commercial and residential services.

HUGE, HUGE RIPOFFS!! Was told it would cost between $7K and $10K to fix a backed up sewer line and that it all needed replaced and floors would need ripped out. Had a friend dig it up and all it needed was a new rubber grommet where the roots got in. Less than $500. Shame on you for taking advantage of people in need!!!

I booked these people to fix my pipes which had been completely set up for the poeple to fix along with buying all of the necessary parts to fix it but then was told that their way was better. So $178 dollars later it was "fixed." So when i went down to check it a few days later it was leaking bad. So i call up them once again to get them to look at it took forever to get anyone on the phone so i went down to the shop to schedule a time they could look at it again. The manager said the he would look at it the next day. Ok thats cool but the next day the same guy that was up here to fix it first shows up and i ask kindly if i could get a different plummer please. Then the waitting again. 13 calls to an unresponsive buissness i drive down again. And asked whats going on and if i could get someone else to look at it. Then was balled out tolld iwas being unreasonable and that i should leave. Mind you i was calm and collected the whole time

I called and did not get a call back. I called again and made a reference of using a bucket for a toilet and got blown off again. I made references of it’s not First Choice Plumbing but Last Choice Plumbing.

Customer service is lacking in Shelby Montana.

I found a wonderful, efficient, and effective lady out of Cut Bank who gets my total and utter respect for helping us out of a rough situation. I literally got poo for my birthday and she was a lifesaver.

These people will send a brand new plumber by himself. He cut the line to the water heater, like physically cut it, without turning off water to the apartment first, flooded out the whole place damaged our belongingings, it was right before Christmas so wrapped toys not to mention all the power tools we had underneath the apartment that got completely soaked. Furniture, you name it was destroyed before that kid could figure out how to turn the water off and to apologize for everything that happened, she put us up in a trashy hotel for two days and bought us pizza for dinner while they took a blow dryer to our stuff. We had to throw away a whole dumpsters worth of shit away right before Christmas and I remember, because everyone in the complex was bitching at me and tina because their trash didn't have anywhere to go because we filled the dumpster before they got to unwrap presents like a week before Christmas. #traumatized

Plumber came out and snaked the pipes. He showed up right when he said he would, he got right to work clearing the blockage, and 1hr later we have working septic again. I would 100% use 1st choice plumbing again. Thank you guys.

Hired this place to install new plumbing lines, install toilets, showers, etc & install a water softener during a remodel. They flooded the house TWICE due to botched work by MT city plumbing. The first time was because they didn’t hook up the softener right and that caused our basement to flood. 3 weeks later, our upstairs flooded and the basement AGAIN. This was due to incorrectly installing a water line to a toilet. When we brought the first flood to their attention and asked for insurance info to file a claim, they accused us of trying to benefit from them? Wow really? We had thousands of dollars worth of personal items r destroyed and all the flooring and drywall we had just finished installing had to be torn up. Then to have it flood again 3 weeks later is not okay. This “business” is NEVER a place I would recommend to anyone. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Professional, timely and reliable! I appreciate working with these guys and we will continue to do as much business as we can with them.

I've used these guys for several projects/repairs both inside and outside the home. Have had nothing but great things to say about the entire process. Communication has been great, prices are fair. I am always able to either get someone on the phone or have someone get back to me right away. From the front office to the guys on the end of the shovels, they've been great to us.
