I am giving a one star because the job was completed.
I have a stackable washer and dryer that I called to get the dryer vent cleaned on. The charge was $885. This charge alone would buy me a brand new washer and dryer. The washer and dryer unit are about two years old And in perfect working condition. I simply wanted the vent cleaned. After much haggling the price was dropped to $460. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had Manhattan Plumbing and Heating come troubleshoot and repair my forced air furnace which was having issues, especially during quite cold weather. I need to mention I had 3 other companies come out to address the issue but none were successful. I'm happy to report that Scott from Manhattan Plumbing and Heating corrected the issue. As an engineer myself, I really appreciated Scott's knowledge, skills and troubleshooting abilities. He has a great combination of professionalism, skill and approachability. I highly recommend them and they will be the only company we call in the future.

I highly recommend! In the span of a few months I had to contact Mh&p emergency services twice at work, and hired them to tackle a big frustrating project at my 1912 house. The timeliness and efficiency of both were so impressive!! The coordinating secretary, the men who did the work, even the invoice emails are all so professional and a polite. Couldn't be happier with the money spent.

I called these guys and asked how busy they were. They said that they couldn't get to me that day but probably tomorrow. Called them back the next day the lady on the phone said she would get ahold of someone. I have never heard back from them it has been a week now. Terrible customer service

Had a bad leak and they came the same day and tracked it down and fixed it! Very professional and informative. I would recommend them highly!

This has to be one of the worst experiences in my life hiring a professional to do some work for me. It should of clued me in when it was so hard to get them to come out to look at my project to be sure it would work. Swapping out one natural gas fireplace for another. They said it could be done and then it again it took a lot of phone calls to get them to start the project. Each call, the lady would request my phone number even though I have given it to them numerous times. And then saying, we will call you back tomorrow. So finally on January 30th, they came out to do the work. Naturally, it was a little more work then what the original estimator had thought. Two guys work during the day, they needed to order some more chimney parts and I had to order some more parts as well. I got my parts in and called them on February 25th. Once again the lady said, what is your number, we will call you back. So once again I gave it to her. 1 week later, nothing. 2 weeks later, nothing. 1 month later, still nothing. And 2 months, later nothing! Can you believe that?? Then someone finally called. This is after I had some other work done and I old that guy he could have the job. So I told the guy that called that this is the worst case of customer service I have ever been involved with. He said I tried to call you before this, and I said, no you didn't. I was waiting for the call! I said I hired someone else and I would never use them for anything. Then boom, a few days later I received a bill for $1129. For a project, they did not finish especially in a timely manner. Called and had to leave a message saying there is no way I am paying that amount for something they didn't finish. Have not heard back. Looking at the bill, the two techs had the same hourly rate, even though one was obviously in training. Terrible and I would suggest you go elsewhere!

Replaced dripping water heater for us. Staff was so friendly and helpful, gave good advice when we asked questions on what water heater to go with. Rhonda was also very helpful with billing questions and they were quick to fix an issue once it was caught. Highly recommend!!!

Fast, friendly service! I believe it was Jeff(?) Saltenberger that came to my place here in Wise River, MT to replace the heating elements in one of my water heaters, and loosen a ceased bolt from one of my pipes. He was very experienced,
professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well!

Andy and his crew have been outstanding, doing a novel heating system on an off grid cabin. Andy’s idea was radiant baseboard heating, which has proved to be very efficient. Every member of his crew has been very professional and extremely thorough. It’s refreshing to work with a business that values and respects its customers. Five stars all the way.

My well pump went out Sunday night. I thought I could handle it myself but was mistaken. I called Saltenberger Tuesday at 3:30pm and they were out in a half hour from the call. The two plumbers, Aaron and Justin, were polite and professional. They got right to the trouble shooting and kept it a priority. The other company I called first, returned my call on Thursday. I’ve been in construction 40 years. Saltenberger is one of the best I’ve worked with. Much appreciated!
