Bluebird Provided prompt service and did good work. Jon explained my options well and was able to finish the work same day, even though it meant staying until 7:00 on a Friday night. Prices are a bit on the high side but they get the job done fast and are up front with everything so I would recommend them.

Justin fixed a sewer line blockage at our home on short notice late in the day, and did a splendid job. He opened up the blockage, and then used a camera snake with locater capabilities to show that the line was now clear and where it traveled through and outside our house. He also improved the mounting for a toilet and cleaned up everything afterwards. Very reasonable considering the work involved.

Justin/Bluebird is the best around!! After years of recurring clogs and multiple plumbers failing to find the cause, Justin finally caught the root issue: our pipes were level and weren't draining properly. We ended up needing new piping and a water heater and I really appreciated that he didn’t push the most expensive model, but gave me different tiered options with an explanation so we could decide what was best for our needs.

Justin was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with throughout the process! Something rare to find around here.

Was traveling every weekend from Great Falls to do a remodel on weekends and he was willing to come out on his day off, Saturday, to light our hot water heater and did it at no cost. Said it was no charge just a learning experience which we were grateful for.

I've called them many times over the years and have never gotten a call back. Recently called about a major leak in our plumbing and no call back. Moved on to someone else.

Terrance is personable, friendly and professional. He identified the problem and fixed our plumbing issue quickly while giving us useful advise.

Don’t bother calling them. The owner is retiring and the son can’t handle any additional jobs. I recommended they should update their google listing to closed if they aren’t capable of providing service.

Parisi has done the entire blocks plumbing on new homes for a large regional home builder. Couple of issues to be expected with new home, resolved fast and once. I also used Parisi to install a natural gas grill line. Great looking job.

Prompt. Had an opening that same day. Expensive. 290$ to replace a float type air vent.

Highly recommend! Tim was very kind and solved our hot water heater issue the same day that I called him. Very thankful! Our conure, Khan even liked him! We will definitely contact S&S in the future.

S&S is the absolute gold standard for plumbing in Butte and surrounding areas. They are the only plumbers I will EVER use, hands down. Their work is flawless and done to perfection, they are highly responsive, they stand by their work and go above and beyond to ensure it’s done correctly and the customer is happy. 10/10, S&S is second to none.

Had a gas leak,on pipe feeding my boiler.Northwest came and shut off my meter, so I had no heat. Told me to call a plumber. Called S and S , Tim answered in person . Came right out and assessed my problem and fixed it. A job well done, thank you.

My spouse and I just moved to Montana, and we had a flooding incident the first night in our new home when we tried to run a load of laundry. We called numerous plumbing companies and S&S was the only one that made time in their already booked Friday to come check it out. Tim was able to immediately identify the issue and was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done. We ended up needing a new drain line put in, and his company was able to complete it within a reasonable time frame and for an affordable price! We would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services done and will be using them for all of our future needs 🙂
