Quick and efficient work on a leak in our water system, and he was very careful to identify the exact location before the minimal demo. Had another issue later he came and diagnosed for us at no charge, then recommended the right person for that type of job. Highly recommend, super nice dude!

Holm Plumbing came out to fix a leaking shower/bath faucet within a week of asking for a quote. Very clear communication and expectation management, which I appreciated. Would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. After the job was done they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there which I also appreciated.

Shawn Holm and his apprentice did a wonderful job re-plumbing our entire home!

Both rose to the challenge of replacing 70 year-old corroded pipes, removing and replacing a concrete wash basin, installing a back flow valve for the sprinkler system, and installing faucets and stoppers on sinks.

Shawn is very professional in everything he does. He returned our initial call immediately, setting up a timely consultation for our needs. His turnaround on the estimate and making an appointment for the work was also more than reasonable and convenient to our timeline.

Shawn made sure to contact us prior to our agreed-upon work day, in order to remind and confirm the upcoming job. He arrived at the scheduled time and did an incredibly thorough job in a short amount of time (a day and a half; it would have only taken a day if there weren’t complications on our end).

Shawn followed up with us a few days later, to ensure our satisfaction with the work done. We couldn’t be happier! It’s so nice to shower with good water pressure and to have confidence that the pipes won’t break during a cold snap😊

The ol' if I could give them zero stars I would applies here. During the hottest days in July my AC went down. 911 was able to come out the quickest. They sent a technician on Wed. We thought he was coming back that day with the parts he went to get. Called them back and made an appointment for that Friday at 11. Waited all day, by 4:30, no one. On Monday the owner came out with a different technician. They put on the parts they brought. I paid the owner $1,030, and he left his technician to start it back up. The technician finally tells me it's my compressor, and he wasn't sure what I should do because he wasn't an AC technician and that the AC technician quit on that Friday. I called 911 Plumbing and said, what am I supposed to do? They told me I needed to call another HVAC company. I was furious. They said they'd only send me $400 back. So I paid $630 for them to not fix anything and tell me to call someone that could do the job. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS?

I had a main line blockage, and after making calls to all of the area plumbers, to be told the earliest a technician could see me was Tuesday, with some companies having no availability for two weeks. Not only did they squeeze me in on Monday, their technician called to see if he could come three hours early.

Technicians were very polite, professionalknowledgeable and up front on their pricing. Excellent service, I would recommend to anyone.

This company is run by absolutely greedy and despicable people.

I called to have a technician come check out a problem with my water heater, which turned out to be the pilot light being out. The 2 that showed up were great! Nice guys, came in and relit and that was it, MAYBE 5 minutes! When they were done and I tried to pay, they didn't even let me pay because it was so quick.

Apparently I received a bill in the mail weeks later while I was deployed, for ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS, for 5 minutes of work. I should've gotten into the plumbing business, that's $2100 per HOUR, I didn't know these guys were doctors! I was prepared to pay a reasonable price for 911's services but this is ridiculous. And since I didn't see this bill as I was away from home, they even charged interest!

Anyways, when I hopped on the phone to ask about this typo in their invoice, the customer service was EXTREMELY rude, getting attitude and cutting me off mid-sentence to threaten me with sending my absurd bill to collections and putting a lien on my property. I guess they can send you a bill even when you never signed a contract! (Once again I might be getting into this biz)

I'll be telling all my friends, peers, associates, and clients to steer clear of 911 Plumbing and consider a more honest company like Kindred!

And now the owner is going to reply to me below, REFUSE ALL RESPONSIBILITY and try to say this is my fault! Watch out for this company people!

Great experience with this company! I contacted them regarding a irrigation line that was broken and needed major repair. Everyone, from the office manager to the senior tech that came out to assess the repairs, was a real pleasure to work with. They gave me a timeframe, brought out the needed equipment for digging, and fixed the issue. The owner even climbed down into the hole to assist the team and install some of the heavy duty fittings. Thanks everyone! We will be using your service again!

Blake helped us with clearing out roots from our pipes, service was great and fast.

911 was sent out by my insurance company after another local company came out on two occasions and could not fix the issue. I explained what was going on to Andrew and how the others failed to fix the problem. He explained what he was going to start with and explained every step along the way. He continued to test the pipe and eventually found the issue in a branch line. He took extra time to test his work and make certain everything with working properly before leaving. Very good experience especially after the others.

Friendly, professional, and on-time service. They answered all my questions and helped resolve my issue. Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely worse customer service. They came out and did what we needed which was fine. I called to pay my bill, spoke to an extremely rude woman. She said they don't accept cards. I asked how can we pay, she actually said, "well that's not my problem. I told her we should have been informed of their payment policy and this will be the last time we use them. She didn't even let me finish she said "that's perfectly fine with me" and hung up on me. I'm astonished.

I have used bluebird plumbing a few times now in Big Sky and they are always very responsive with same or next day service, which is almost unheard of in Big Sky. Jon installed my water heater today on very short notice and was very professional. Will definitely use them again anytime I need a plumber.

We had a big project that included a water heater replacement and work in a couple of bathrooms that needed to be completed in a fairly short timeframe. The project was completed on time and reasonably priced. Great work by Justin!

Both Justin and Justin (yes I know, 2 Justins) we're very professional. We experienced a plumbing emergency that could have have a negative effect on operating our childcare. They were able to come by within the hour (unheard of response time in Big Sky) and were very thorough checking over the pipes and such. I literally know nothing about plumbing but they were very patient with their questions and explained things in a straight forward way that made me feel like less of a dummy! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a quick, professional response to their plumbing needs!

I had a great experience with Bluebird Plumbing! Scheduling online was super easy, and they responded quickly to my request. The plumbers were courteous, wore booties to protect the carpet, and were thorough in their inspection. They took the time to explain the issues and offered different repair options. I'm very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!
