This has been the most upsetting experience I have ever had with a contractor. The last week of May my guest cabin had a leak and a Bakkila employee came to fix it. I also had to pex pipes for a heating system that were cut due to some work done in my basement. I asked the employee to fix those as well. He said he didn't have the correct size piece and that he would be out soon to fix it. In July I touched base and one of the owners said they were aware and had some big jobs, but they would be out as soon as possible. I touched base again in the end of August, with the same answer from the owner. In September when I called again she claimed that her husband didn't know what needed to be done. I had to call 3 times in September to finally get an employee to come do the work. He was supposed to fix the pipes and prepare the outdoor stove for use by charging the system with water. Before he left I asked if he put water in the system, he replied "Yes, it is all ready to go!". I thanked him and the next morning I got a call from the owner demanding I pay the bill in cash and that she would meet me in town. When she showed up she didn't have an invoice. I wouldn't pay without an invoice and reaccept, especially cash because I was worried they might "forget" I paid. Then a few days later went to start a fire in my stove only to notice the heat going up at an excessive rate. I figured out there was no water in the system. I immediately shut everything I could down and started putting water in the system (which took over an hour to fill up, so it wasn't just "low"). As a result of the lack of water the main pump seized up. Bakkila claimed that a rock got in my system while doing work, but the only place the line was cut was indoors and several inches above the floor. I also have a "Y-screen" in the system, so even if there was a rock in the system it would have been caught and stopped by the screen. I had another plumber remove and inspect the screen for damage and it is in perfect condition, so there is absolutely no way that a rock got into this pump like Viekko is claiming. I asked him to make it right by replacing the pump at cost, but both owners got very aggressive so I ended up calling another more professional plumber who was able to correct Carl and Viekko Bakkila's negligence and mistakes and get my heating system in perfect running order.

Veikko and his team are absolutely wonderful to deal with. The service was awesome, from our new build, to the selection of hardware. Their service is prompt, friendly, and their work is top-notch!! We would highly recommend them!

Wanted them to fix some issues with the plumbing, they said they could do it in a few weeks, it ended up being months before they came, and they'd only do it if they could install a HVAC system too. They ended up not even doing the full plumbing job i asked for, they also tried to upsell a shower install that didn't even fit, they took out a window in the bathroom without asking permission. Tried to contact them about this and they never bothered to reply. Sure were communicative when they wanted to be paid though. Awful experience.

Of course it is Friday and the water heater figured it would go BAD!!! Leaking all over the basement. Called these guys and they had a tech that was available. Early afternoon. Great water heater, professionally installed and a professional Bradford White. Made my weekend with hot water. All plumbing was perfect and Ron and Chris did the perfect job. Kudos for the team for a perfect job well done.

The owner came out and did a locate to map the drain pipes under my basement concrete foundation. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated to the point of full obstruction. 2 other plumbers that quoted this project prior did not offer this locate service. Also, the project quote was 30% less than the other 2 quotes. The owner was personable, honest and even recommended putting in additional drain connections in the wall should we ever need to bypass other remaining cast iron pipes below the foundation. Kelly from the office was great at scheduling and communicated consistently regarding scheduling and billing updates. Kelly was always aware of what was going on and was always available when calling and texting. Dan and Ron spent 3 days working this project as planned and did an outstanding job, communicated consistently and were organized, on time and kept the work area clean. Every one I interacted with at this company was professional, personable and customer service oriented. The cost was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will only use them in the future.

The best plumbing and HVAC company in town! Kelly is always friendly and all the technicians that come out are kind, helpful, and respectful of the home they are working in. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We had a great experience with All About You Plumbing And Heating. Our furnace went out unexpectedly, and they were able to come out very quickly to give us a quote and had us scheduled for replacement within 48 hours. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. The techs were extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Obviously needing a new furnace isn’t ideal, but they made it about the best experience you could ask for. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Shawn was speedy and thorough with what needed to be done to fix our issue. He wasn’t pushy and easy to deal with. Will absolutely use him again!

Our kitchen sink was plugged up on the 4th of July and we needed a plumber. Shawn Holm of Holm Plumbing to the rescue! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had to do some extra steps to get it unclogged, but he did and we were very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend his work. He's a Master Plumber and we could tell he knew what he was doing. If you need a plumber, he's your guy.

We've used Shawn twice. The first time was for several tiny leaks we found in our home inspection, installing a water softener, installing RO water and tubed to our fridge, and replaced two toilets. He was always kind, very clean, worked fast, and explained things really well.

The second time was to do one single job to fix the caulking in our bathroom. For this one, I would do 4 stars and still need to call him about it. He was in a huge rush because he fit us in his busy schedule, but he scratched out shower surround, there was caulk kind of a mess and had to scrub it really good, and within a week had to redo it with silicone. Maybe he was stressed, maybe it was because he fit us in quickly, maybe it was just too little of a job...I'm really not sure, but this is my honest review. Next time I have several things to ask of him, I totally would, but not for quick little one off things.

Also, on the toilets he replaced the caulk is all visible and is a beast to clean. It's a little thing, but I should mention it.

Note, I still recommend him to everyone and gave Shawn a big 5 stars!

Shawn was able to be fantastically helpful, courteous, and quick even when given short notice on the problem. I would absolutely go to him again for his services!

So, our hot water heater pilot light went out again, twice in one month and of course it was the coldest day of the year!!! Called Sean and he was here to install a brand new heater, with a 6 year warranty within a couple hours:) Amazing!!! Thank you so much
