Austin is amazing. He came out on very short notice to test our water and look at our hot water tank and gave us excellent advice. (The hot water tank is less than a year old and not working right)

Austin and Kelsea removed our tankless water heater after we had been calling plumbers for three months without much luck getting someone to our house or even returning a phone call.
Austin returned our call in a timely manner. He came out to our house before the job to check out what would be needed and answered our questions. He gave us a bid that evening and was replacing our water heater within a week.
Professional, knowledgeable, tidy and charged us exactly what was quoted. Great integrity. Give him a chance to prove himself.

My furnace just stopped working this morning, called Talon right away and the technicians (a journeyman and apprentice) were here in early afternoon. Gladly nothing major was wrong. They vacuumed and cleaned it, made sure the lines weren't clogged and the flame indicated it was using gas efficiently. Both of these men were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Talon for your professionalism.

Called about my water heater going out and they had people over to check within a couple hours and started getting it replaced before the end of the day! Very nice and personable work crew and office people. Definitely will call them for all my plumbing and heater needs in the future!

Had Talon come out for a plumbing problem and would highly recommend. I’ve lived in Great Falls for years and honestly they’re the best local contractor I’ve dealt with. Donato showed up fast, knew exactly what he was doing, and took the time to actually explain things to me. Very professional. Will definitely be calling them again.

Service was very good, Donato and Max were very helpful and knowledgeable. They suggested a new toilet which will be very helpful in the long run. They finished the job in a short amount of time and explained things that I questioned. Both gentlemen were nice and polite. Job well done!

JELD has great customer service and are very personable, they take the time to explain what and why things are being done. I won't call any other plumbing business. Replace plumbing in club and totients as water bill was high due to water links and know the water bill is back to normal. Has a high heating bill as the boiler was old and Jeld came in and replace with a new boiler and that lowered our heating bill. When we have plumbing or heating issues we call Jeld.

We ran into some overflow/pressure issues after buying a house. Uncertain about what to do, our realtor gave us the plumbers information. Butte Plumbing has been very responsive and courteous with us, especially since we were not the original purchaser(s) of the brand new water heater. It’s nice to have things explained to you when you don’t know anything about the process. They were very patient and understanding of our situation.
