Randy and Randall from R&R were exceptional. They were very professional, took the time to clearly explain the issue at hand, and walked me through each step of the repair process. They even went above and beyond to fix an additional issue that wasn’t related to the original service. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I would recommend them time and time again. Excellent service all around!

Use them periodically to clear an old line from the kitchen. Having an older house has it issues and these guys are always helpful and line stays clear for 12-16 months. A small price to pay to have a nice house in the middle of town if you ask me.

Waited several days for the guy to finally show up to just bounce after a couple minutes. Mentioned he had to grab larger equipment for the job and I told him I would move the vehicle from the garage for easier access. Waited 2+ hours and tried calling to see what the hold up was. The plumber just decided to not come back and lied to me. He also lied to their dispatcher that my driveway was full of snow. Sounds like he just didnt want to do his job. Don't worry there are plenty of other plumbers in town willing to make some money.

I had to go 5 days without hot water. It’s been a week since it was replaced and my old hot water heater is still in my basement with their dolly and equipment. I just called to tell them to pick it up. I also called for a breakdown because my bill is more than the estimate I got. They refused to give me a breakdown. They just told me it’s a standard rate and it typically took 3 hours to replace one. I have a security camera showing him showing up at noon and leaving an hour later. I got robbed. My bill came out to 2103.07. When we talked about me buying my own hot water heater (1000$) vs just buying through them, the guy told me it would be roughly the same price. And then the rest would be labor/ miscellaneous fittings if they needed replaced. So please tell me how you can’t give me a breakdown of 1100$ worth of labor/ parts that took place in an hours time. I will never use them again. I suggest you not buy through them.

Great service! Made an appointment for a hot water heater replacement and they were at my house within a couple hours to look at it. They replaced it the same day and gave me tips on how to care for my new hot water heater. Would highly recommend

We have hired Minot Plumbing & Heating multiple times for various reasons (install central air, service central air, install water heater). We have always had exceptionally good service with them. They are also always very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

Tuttle was the tech that installed a new toilet. He was very efficient went right to work cleaned up after was very happy. For a young man he was awesome would have him over to do work again

Gavin was very helpful and relentlessly seen our plumbing issues had been diagnosed and resolved. Gavin was a very good communicator, Gavin made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing and what resolutions he came up with to solve it. I highly suggest anyone who calls request Gavin. This is a no BS review, we have gone through a few plumbers and as you know it can get expensive quick. If you are looking for a one time experience I suggest you request Gavin.

Kevin’s plumbing is awesome we have used them several times and we’re very satisfied with every job they did. Recently Ronald Zechman Jr came out to install a new sink for us, he took out the old with the removal of the garbage disposal and installed a new sink for us and he did a fantastic job and we love it. I highly recommend this company. Ronald was very polite and respectful

This is a bit of a long story since it took place over the course of a year, but I want others to know what happened to us before they call Kevin’s for any type of fireplace work.

Our gas fireplace insert stopped working in December of 2024. I had Kevin’s diagnose the issue right away. They let me know that the pilot assembly needed to be replaced, and that the office would call me to set that up. When they called they said the part was difficult to find, but that they would order it for me, and the repair would be approximately $600 for the part and the labor. That was fine with me, so I said please go ahead and order it.

I called probably a month later to check in, and then a couple months after that. Both times they said they hadn’t been able to get it and they would let me know if that changed. I should note the person I spoke to seemed very annoyed to be speaking with me. Since spring was coming I didn’t worry too much and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would fix it when they got the part.

In the late summer I thought about it again and since winter would be coming, we wanted to get it fixed. Between my husband and I, we called their office somewhere between 5 and 10 times, begging that if they couldn’t get the part, could they at least give us an estimate for replacing the unit. Finally we gave up and started looking into replacing it ourselves, but when we found out that inserts cost thousands of dollars, we accepted the fact we wouldn’t be able to fix it.

I was getting a quote from Connole and Somerville for a water heater in January 2026 (a few weeks ago) and asked Julie if they could give me a second opinion on the fireplace. She said they couldn’t since they don’t do fireplace work, but I should call North Central Service.

North Central scheduled me for the following week after I called, and within 5 minutes of Mike being in our home he had the fireplace roaring. He explained that it needed to be cleaned, and as soon as he did it, it ignited like it was meant to. After it was clean on the inside he took the time to clean the glass, replace the metal coals, and even diagnosed an issue with the remote control (need an electrician to repair, but that’s beside the point).

North Central did in minutes what Kevin’s couldn’t in over a year. We paid Kevin’s for a diagnostic that was wrong, and we also paid HUNDREDS in extra electricity to heat our basement with electric heat while the fireplace didn’t work, all because it needed to be cleaned. It seems like Kevin’s has decent reviews for other services, but this snafu with our fireplace and their rude office staff has ensured I will never contact them again.

Under no circumstances will I engage in any further business with Kevin’s Plumbing.
I hired Kevin’s to replace my water heater and the person they sent was extremely incompetent and took an excessive amount of time to complete the task. Upon completion, he proceeded to remove the old water heater, which was leaking a significant amount of rusty water. I asked him to stop as the water was leaking onto our newly installed carpet. He refused to stop. When he left, I had to hire a carpet cleaner who managed to remove the majority of the rusty water. Kevin’s did reimbursed me for the carpet cleaning expenses.
Two years later, the part their first tech was having trouble with broke and flooded my basement. I contacted Kevin’s, and they sent another tech that fixed the problem. However, they sent me a bill exceeding $240 for repairing the problems their other plumber caused. When I inquired about the possibility working together on this bill, they informed me that they wouldn’t make an adjustment as over a year had passed.

I strongly advise against engaging in any business with Kevin’s. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable.

Gavin was so nice, professional and communicative. I usually feel so awkward when I have someone working in my house but he was super relaxed and it put me at ease. He did a great job taking care of a sink that’s been giving me problems and was very efficient. He even was able to adjust a smaller issue that I didn’t even notice. Plus he was nice to my dog who really really wanted to “help” him.

Once again Kevin's saved the day! Our basement floor drain backed up and flooded our basement and kitchen sink with very unpleasant smelling water. Calling on a weekend is always a gamble, but within a few hours Gavin showed up, drilled it out, and had everything doing what it was supposed to do. He was quick, knew exactly what to do, and was super personable. This isn't the first time Kevin's has been quick to show up and save the day, and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Our plumber CJ came to fix my sink being filled up with excess water. Was quick and easy and he was friendly upon arrival. He even fixed the water pressure in my faucet! Highly recommend.
