When I contacted Mandan Plumbing I checked if there was a senior discount, I was assured there was, and that it would cost between $300-$500 for a new toilet depending if they had to do anything extra. We got the toilet and seemed to be installed fine, but when I received the invoice it was more than $500 and I did not see any senior discount that was noted on the invoice, so I called the business, the person I spoke with was male, the same one who gave me the quote, told me he would give me 5% off if I paid the invoice today (the same day I spoke with him), I thought it would be at least a 10% discount. I asked if they were open over the noon hour, he said no... who gives a discount and says it's good for one day only, especially to a senior couple who struggles with money anyways! so for customer service alone, misleading about the discount and not having someone available at their office over the noon hour... they only get one star.

We have used Mandan Plumbing for years and they have been incredible to work with each time we need their assistance. Highly recommend using them.

My water heater went out, and Mandan Plumbing & Heating was able to have someone come look at it the very next day. Since it was so old, and starting to rust out from the bottom, I needed to have a new water heater installed. In less than 3 hours, the problem was diagnosed and the new heater was installed. Thanks a ton Merl (spelling?), you were great!

Called for an appointment on a Monday because I had a drain pipe in my ceiling leak. Gets there Thursday and cuts a hole in my cealing but has to leave to help other customers. Doesn't come back the next day and does not call. They are closed all weekend so now it was a week that we could not use anything upstairs. Finally I call a different plumber and they get there the next day and have it fixed. The plumber just called me back today to apologize for not getting back to me but it has been 2 weeks since they are supposed to fix the pipe. I recommend going elsewhere. It was a terrible experience

Not worth it. 2 weeks out and got hung up on when trying to figure out if they can service/repair a furnace.

Bob and his team have done a lot of work at my house, from replacing our old furnace and AC to some minor repairs and faucet replacements. I am so impressed with their service and expertise. I can't recommend them enough!

They have helped us out several times. We have gone through other plumbers in Glendive and have found them to be the most reasonably priced. They are quick and show up when they say they will.

Yellowstone Plumbing was very professional and made every effort to be here as quickly as possible to help up with our sewer! He was helpful and gave me a lot of advice as to help alleviate future problems. The problem was fixed promptly and the price was reasonable.

I called today just expecting to get an appointment however Randall and Randy were able to get to my house today. That is awesomeness in my book. They got my problem fixed, were reasonably priced and they are just nice folks. I will definitely call again if necessary. Thanks!!

Nothing but positive things to say about this family owned business! They've done work on my personal home & our rental... both times they came out quickly, explained their work in detail & how to avoid future issues, cleaned up any mess that was made (&then some), and their pricing was very fair! They both seem like very nice, honest people and we will definitely call them back for any future issues.

We used another place in town for our rental before finding them, and felt very taken advantage of on the charge at the end of the service.

Randell and Randy are very knowledgeable professionals with years of experience. One of the few to even answer my phone call. Got to my house as soon as they good and did an outstanding job cleaning my sewers. Explained in detail how the process works and very reasonable price. Very friendly family run business and highly recommended. Definitely will be using them in the future if needed. You guys are great and do your work with a great attitude much appreciated. Thanks
