Yah PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL STATEMENT. They are charging three separate individuals hourly labor rates, forgot to reconnect our kitchen sink, which we have a filtration system that could've been burned out. We had to call them back to reconnect our kitchen sink and then waited an entire weekend for them to come back and then got charged for that call out fee and that persons individual labor hourly rate. My back toilet is leaking, so now I have to shut that back bathroom off yet again, which was the entire reason for them to come out was to fix the plumbing so we could use that bathroom. Completely unethical business practices.

I live in Williston ND with a Sewer Blockage. they scheduled me quickly and where able to complete the task in less then 2 hours. They came from Watford city. They where Professional and explain the problem. Will call again if any problems in the future.

We always request Tyler to come to our house. He knows it,it's an older home. He has always done right by us. Highly recommend Titanium.

This was a great company to do business with-fast response time-very professional-Tyler answered all our questions and did a great job installing the new water heater. Would definitely do business with them again and recommend to others.

My water heater sprung a leak and was flooding the laundry room. I was at work and called Titanium. They came out and confirmed that the water heater itself was leaking and recommended a new one. Two days later they showed up and installed the new water heater and had to do some plumbing changes to accommodate the new larger heater. They did a top notch quality install, very professional work. Price was even better than I expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Titanium to anyone.

Tyler and Cole did a great job, both were very professional and patient as to answer my questions. I would recommend the company and both these fellows to anyone! They did a better job than most with a reoccurring problem out here! Thanks

They were busy the day I called--they had an emergency leak to fix with some other homeowner, and didn't get to me until the next day--but at least they are honest. What I thought might be a major repair, turned out to be minor, and the charge was extremely reasonable. I am happy and would definitely call them again

They came all the way to Jamestown on Black Friday with very little notice and took care of my blocked sewer right away. Very professional and a fair price. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and dependable. Have used their services to winterize house, repair leaks in crawl space and fix a sump pump problem. Crew is kind, timely, and great at explaining the problem and options.

My sister who lives in Carrington recommended Trampus and his services on my newly purchased home. I'm so thankful to him and his team for working on my house and getting it ready for me. I had another problem come up with my water heater and he quickly sent his team to evaluate and fix the problem. The staff worked quick and efficiently and were very friendly and even recommended another possible issue I might have down the road with my sump pump. I called Ralph's to see if they could vent our furnace out the side of our house after being stood up for weeks by other contractors to do a needed chimney repair. Ralph's came within a few hours to take a look and while they gave bad news about our furnace not being able to vent through a wall they did tell me that they could fix our chimney. They gave a bid, scheduled a time, and we are back up and running. I wish I would have called them first. Thank you Ralph's for always providing great service, being respectful of our home, and doing what you said you would with great quality and at a fair price.

We were very pleased with the bathroom shower/tub install and finish work that Tyler and Abe did for us. They were efficient, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and I can be very picky about how things look. Thank you to them.

After another company failed to show up, Ralph's got me taken care of on short notice to do some work at my house. They even worked with the city on my behalf to get a new curbstop put in. Professional, quick response, would recommend.

Amazing work! We were needing our entire home replumbed during our remodel and Ralph's was the only plumber imaginative enough to make it work. Great work for a great price. 100% recommend.

Terrible people to do business with, I paid them to install a gas furnace last year they were months late to getting the job done, they left garbage all over my yard along with screws that I found with my lawn mower tire and I paid for gasoline to be installed to my stove and where a gas fireplace will be, they never did it I called the owner Ryan, and he said he’ll send someone out that was months later, than when I started using the furnace it wasn’t working properly and I called him about it never sent anyone , fast forward to this summer the AC wouldn’t work so I called a plumber to come look they broke a coolant line on install and just left it. They don’t stand behind there work and do very poor work I would never call them for anything
