I would not recommend this company either.

I don't know how he decides who he works for but he never even responded to my calls. In his listed phone number he gives a number to call for emergency but no one ever answered. I called several times because it was an emergency. Finally decided to expand to other cities which did answer their phone and were helpful and friendly.

I’m sure they are busy this time of year but their recommendation (because they won’t come down this way) when my propane furnace was out was to turn on my oven until someone else could fix it. The more I thought about it the more that suggestion didn’t sit right with me. It’s dangerous and should not be a recommendation. It surprised me. It could’ve been days before I found someone given where I live. Fortunately I found someone else and have a back up wood stove. Please don’t turn your oven on as a consistent heat source, especially if you have pets.

I'm not one to do many reviews, but I am very pleased with professional nature of Kellers Business. Not a salesman, but goes above and beyond necessary improvements one may want to consider especially concerning health and well being inside the home. Innovative.

I have used Titan Plumbing and Titan Heating & Air several times. They are the best of the best! Always helpful, always make you feel like a priority, and always get the job done right the first time. These guys are top notch and I cannot recommend them enough!

We experienced significant delays with this company, as they did not show up for several months beyond the promised timeline. When they did complete the work, the results were unsatisfactory. The septic tank they installed is shifting, and we have not received clear information about their work or the location of the drain tile. They were supposed to return to clean up and conduct a final walk-through, but they have been unresponsive to our attempts to contact them. Additionally, the pump they installed is not functioning correctly due to its placement, and the exposed pipes are likely to freeze in winter. The final charges were inconsistent with the initial quote, despite the discrepancies in the work performed. Do not recommend.

Great plumbers! They are always professional and the rates and charges are very reasonable!

They do not call you back, they do not keep good records and I was told different story's on different calls. Once they finished the job they were hard to get in touch with and the equipment they supplied kept breaking.

Called on Monday, Andrew was here Wednesday morning and solved our leaky plumbing within 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional!

They plumbed a new addition bathroom for us. They did great job and came in under budget. They communicated along the way so we were all on the same page. They provided expert advice and guidance so the end result was exactly what we were expecting. They worked with our time-line and were flexible when we had to wait for a special order to arrive. I will definitely use them again! Very professional and courteous.

I had a leak under the sink in my kitchen, so I called and asked for some help. He walked me through how to fix my issue over the phone. This was so kind of him, and I’m so thankful that it was an easy fix. I would love to give a shout-out to Welch Plumbing and being so kind and helpful when I was stressing out about this leak.

Guy does great work. I bought a tub from Lowes, did all (most) if the demo and he put it in. Definitely will use Steve again.
