Great service, HONEST Service. They did a quality job installing a new water heater inside my home.

Fast and responsive. Good quality work, but does not clean up after themselves

Arnesons ruined the finish on my new bathtub by using a very strong acid to try to unclog the drain, then after that did not work snaked the drain, damaged the pipes, and water started leaking through the ceiling into my dining room. I had to hire a second plumber to come and fix the mess. Called and left repeated messages for the owner and he never called me back or remedied the situation. Wrote him a letter and he ignored me and never responded. I will never do business with them again. Avoid Arnesons at all cost. Worst experience I have ever had with a so-called professional business. Much much cheaper to hire someone to do the job correctly without ruining your property. Another minor detail, the two plumbers tracked mud all over my carpet and house with no apology or acknowledgement.

Bought a house without any HVAC system and tried to get them to give me a quote to install a new one. For 3 weeks they said they'd send someone out and never did. Finally I used a friend's phone and name and asked for a quote and they said sure whats ths address. I gave them my address and after that they said they aren't doing quotes at this time. Its like my address was blacklisted. I went to Heartland Heating and Cooling and had a much better experience.

Gave me a time frame to expect them and didn't show up called them 2 weeks later and same thing. Had to call another company to do the work

I am very upset with the quality of work and the disastrous mess they left behind. Had problems with clogged drains and back flowing water, and when they snaked it out and used the roto routor twice. Each time, they left sewage filth behind with old pieces of fecal matter and toilet paper all over the floor! They flooded the floor so aggressively that it actually pushed sewage past the wall into the next room! The stench was so unbearable that it had to be sprayed with bleach just to bear it. When contacted, they stated that their policy is that they don't clean up after their mess. This is beyond human decency! I can't believe they can get away with this!
And the plumbing problem is still persisting, only days after they came.
Never, NEVER, NEVER again!

We had a great experience with this company. They were knowledgeable and helpful, prices very reasonable, and they took care of our needs this year when we needed a new furnace. Really appreciate the friendly service we received.

Some friends from church suggested we call this company because they all had good experiences with them. We had issues with our water heater. They came out that same morning just 2 hours later and fixed it. The plumber was very professional and polite, he explained things very well, we would recommend this company and use them again.

I called Connole & Somerville after hours because my furnace wasn't running. After talking to the very nice lady and she told me how much it would cost to come out after hours she gave me great advice on some things to do to possibly get the furnace to work until morning when she was here bright and early at 7 am. Got the furnace to working properly in no time. She was upfront, courtesy, friendly and explained what was wrong with the furnace. I will definitely be using their service if and or when things come up.

My experience with Connole & Somerville was mediocre at best. I will say that the plumber had a great attitude and got the job done that was needed. However, to start - he was an hour late, and when I called the office 30 minutes into waiting and missing work, they never called me back on his arrival. When he arrived, I provided half of the items he used for the job, including my own towels for him to kneel on and clean up with (which wasn't done). He left in the middle of the job for 30 minutes to get drain chemicals (after he was an hour late he should've been prepared, and when I called and made the appt I said "my sink doesn't drain"). He was very unprepared for a very simple job and I missed 3 hours of hourly wage for that. After this, I called the office and asked them if I could voice some things that were on my mind about the servicing that morning. I spoke with both Julie and Jennifer at the front desk, but voiced my problems to Julie. Her retort to his lateness was that they need time to drive safely on the roads to their location. That would've been fine if he was 15 minutes late, and if their main office wasn't 10 minutes away at MOST from my house. When I explained that I didn't think it was fair to be charged for time that he left when he was an hour late AND unprepared, she said "It sounds like you have a lot of issues, when he brings in his paperwork, I'll take care of it" and proceeded to hang up on me. I give 2 stars for the plumber and his effort to get the sink fixed. I give 0 stars to the company for their absolutely awful customer service.

Homeowners beware! I contacted them on April 24th about some work needing done on my home. Speaking with Julie, she told me they are booking out longer than a month and she was prepared to end the conversation with that. That should have been my indicator that they didn't want/need my business. I then told her I don't need the work done until June 3rd and asked if that's something they could schedule or if I should call someplace else. She said they could do that no problem. I sent her an email with the work as requested. 8 days later I sent her an email following up to make sure they were going to be able to come out on June 3rd or 4th, still more than a month out. She responded saying they have it scheduled for June 4th. June 4th, nobody showed up or called to tell me they wouldn't be coming. After calling and speaking to Julie 2x I finally received a message indicating that nobody is coming and they won't be able to come out for at least another week. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME on them like I did.

What can I say about this place! We have had small plumbing issues over the past couple of years, but they have been handled very well. The response time, repairs, and overall service is outstanding. Even the small problems are important to them even though they are so busy. We have been lucky enough to get one of their plumbers, Marvin at every call. He is awesome.

100% recommend! We use them for regular hvac maintenance but had an after hours issue with our furnace. Ashley came and fixed the problem. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She didn’t give up until it was fixed even with a few issues with parts. Thank you, Ashley!

Love, love this company. When our furnace went out, they came out in -35 weather and replaced it. When our Water heater went out, they replaced it. When we had issues changing out our shower faucets, they came over and did the work. I would 100% recommend these guys.

They are great! Worked hard, cleaned up after themselves.

They installed an entire new bathroom for us.

Mike is great. He comes when he say, gets the job done. We wouldn't use any other plumber. So glad we found him. Has done many jobs for us.

I called and talked to Mike around 9:30am about a leak from my pressure tank and one other pipe in my mechanical room. He told me one of his plumbers would be available in 3-4 hours. I got a call from Ryan at 12:30 and he arrived around 12:45 with another plumber. They fixed the 2 leaks and were great to work with. Friendly, clean and professional. I highly recommend Sander Plumbing.

Called Sander’s, talked to Mike to set up appointment for work to be done at our lake home. Ryan came to do the work, did a great job and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Recommend!

Super impressed with Sander Plumbing Services. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. We had a pump failure in our basement, resulting in water flooding into several rooms. I called Michael with Sanders at 7:10 a.m., he arrived within the hour, assessed the problem and had the repairs made by 11:00 a.m. Again I highly recommend this team for their response time and quality of workmanship.
