The guys came to my house in a very timely manner and got my furnace back running, extremely friendly and had great communication information me on when they would arrive. Great service i would highly recommend.

Camron and Raymond came over and corrected work from a previous technician from their company.
They did a thorough job and cleaned up after the job was completed.
It looks great with the job they did with replacing a seal on the toilet and a new wax ring.

They were slowing is calling us back to set up an appointment but once we did get a call, they were on location quickly. They had the knowledge with the system and equipment for our in-floor heat and knew exactly what we needed. They quickly solved the problem and were patient in explaining exactly what the problem was and the solution needed. Cameron and Conner were great! I have no qualms recommending Braaten Plumbing.

Our drain backed up on two different occasions. On both instances time was made for us the same day. The service has been friendly and our drains flowed perfectly each time. The 1st was oil build up from oil and items down the kitchen sink while the second was from too much heavy toilet paper.

Called on Saturday and he traveled to New Town on Sunday. My husband is the pastor at the Lutheran church and we live in the parsonage. Our kitchen was backing up. Problem was found and fixed. Plus he willingly communicated with church leadership about the situation.

Just wanted to give a shout out! We came home to a swimming pool in our basement and he was the only one that responded to our distress. Although we did figure out my son has a love of toilet paper now. 😂

He has very helpful and gave me a ton of information for the future, including toilet paper, piping (we live in the flood zone and someday when we are able, are planning to change the piping!) As well as letting us know to contact the city as well when we have issues as it may be something on their end!)

If I ever have any issues again, I will definately be using them first!!

My septic system recently clogged up and it was on the weekend. My husband and I called every 24hr plumbing service in town. Rob with ND&SS was the only one to answer. I’m so glad he did! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in a real bind and Rob got us back up and running. Anyone who doesn’t use his services is a damn fool! Thank you Rob!

Was fine at first but poor follow up service replaced pump went out in less than 90 days wouldnt return phone calls or emails.
Had to pay another company to install new pump.
Other service right after the putting the pump in.
Practically double billed left a mess and left without fixing the problem that he was called out for.
Sent bill within 3 days informed us placed a lien on our property after only 3 days of receiving the bill. Dont use this person.

We had a clog in our house around 9 pm and he came in the next day and he got the job done! My husband and I are very happy with the work he did and how he was honest and communicated with us about the problem. We will go back to him if we have problems again.

Would give 0 starts if possible. We really appreciated someone being able to come late at night to fix our “emergent” problem. But he kept changing his arrival time. When he showed, he kept pointing out other things & could not focus on the issue at hand. He was at my home for 2 hours and did not even resolve the issue. He seemed unfocused and was stumbling. I tired to give him the benefit of the doubt because he is an older gentleman. Then I smelt the alcohol on his breath and he made my husband and I feel uncomfortable. And his pricing is outrageous. Charged us $250 and barely did anything. My husband and I had to help him multiple times. I had another company come out the next day & they resolved the issue in 45 minutes for $80 less! I would never recommend Northern Drain & Sewer to anyone.

Was one of the only plumbers to get back to me during an emergency. Even called me to let me know he was close before he got here. Very experienced and knew how to solve our issue with our laundry room and floor drain... only 224$ which is very decent for a professional plumber during an emergency. Was very kind to us and took the time out of his afternoon off to help us. Also gave us lots of info and talked me the way through it so now I even feel educated about our plumbing. Would definitely recommend
