Said they were going to have to dig up my yard but Miles got underneath my trailer in the mud and fixed my pipe himself, he was very friendly and explanatory.

I called to get a quote on a plumbing repair in the same city as this company. I was told they didn't have time to waste winterizing something that the pipes had already split. The pipes in fact had not split, but they were too busy to give a quote or take pictures to verify work was done. I requested pictures so a client could have confirmation it was done, they accused me of not "trusting" them, The owner Linda was rude and obviously too good for our business, there may not be a lot of options in your area, believe me anywhere would treat you better then here. DO NOT bother trying to get anything done with them

I have had to call them a few times once for a new water heater and then to snake the drain in my basement a couple times. They always get here as fast as possible. The price is always reasonable. And I would highly recommend them to anyone. It might be a few days till they get to you but that is because they are in high demand. If I've had standing water they get there faster. They always communicate with you to let you know where you are on the list. I've never had them be rude over the phone.

Called due to some issues with our house. The person over the phone was extremely nice and listened to my explanation of what was wrong and even repeated it back to make sure she had it correct. She admitted over the phone that they were busy for that day but said I would get a call Thursday or Friday that week when someone was available and sure enough, I got a call that Thursday! The man who came to fix the issues was very nice and found the issue within 20 minutes! He even explained what happened once he found out what was wrong! He came prepared with parts and worked very quickly. He put everything back together and made sure it still worked before he left. I will definitely be calling them back. They were truthful and efficient about timing and the work being done!

Answers by text, always appreciated. Ive met 3 on their team because of multiple issues, but never had to repeat a job. Everybody is respectful and thoughtful. Surprisingly, everybody cleans up. Plumbers always seem to leave a mess for me. I havent had to clean because they came in to unclog or fix something. Quick, and willing to fit me in the next day.

I had a significant sewer gas problem in the older house I had purchased. I paid $2500 to two different outfits for assistance and did not get the issues resolved. Because I live 75 miles from Fargo, and had to reach out to that area for plumbers, it meant they had to travel a total of 150 miles. The second outfit I hired charge me $1,250 to travel to my house (I'm not kidding!) and another 300 for their time spent looking for the problem and not finding it, just a little issue. They arranged to come back and said it might take two days, and it would cost another $3,500 to $5,000 for their labor, IN ADDITION to $1250 for each trip. In other words, I could end up paying $3,750 before they even got to work!! I fired them and was was led to Propress through various calls to other companies for help. A journeyman and apprentice showed up the first day, they found the problem within 20 minutes. It wasn't even that hard, because I had already opened up the dropped ceiling to remove some damaged tiles and didn't want to close it up until I was sure any exposed plumbing was right. All they had to do was cut out a couple short lathe (the plaster was already gone) and shine their flashlight to see the problem, which no one else was competent to do. They came back with the master plumber and the three of them got to work, redid a good portion of the plumbing right through the exhaust pipe, and charged me $3,000 total INCLUDING travel. No more sewer gas smell. They didn't even have to take out any more of the ceiling, it was already exposed. Thank God for Chris and his crew, who just did competent work and charged a reasonable price for it.

A job well done, friendly staff, timely manner, affordable prices and they fixed what dirt dynamics messed up.

Small emergency with a main water pipe valve failing in my basement. Chris sent a couple guys over by 11 am the next day since it wasn't major. Had a new valve installed and my water back on in less than 30 minutes. Great work. Give them a try.

Did the job, didnt as for extra, did the work in a timely manner, and priced honestly. Couldn't ask for better

Timber Ridge Plumbing had great communication and did excellent work. Replaced entire pipes with pex, and later replaced broken drain elbow and fixed freezing problem, even brought new insulation for underside of bathroom, mobile home. Highly recommend Timber Ridge. Good people.

The guys did a great job at very reasonable price. After having them do the work the first time I've had them back 2 more times for different things. We discovered a sink leak on Sunday afternoon. We decided to have a professional do the repair. We have used Timber Ridge in the past and have been pleased with their workmanship. The crew at Timber Ridge is great! The first time working with them they removed some plumbing fixtures and reinstalled when we had new flooring installed. They were flexible and worked with our flooring install schedule. The second time we had a sewer main break in our basement. They fit me in ASAP, identified the problem, and fixed it.
