We called this company because of the reviews, and have no idea why our experience was so bad compared to others, except maybe this guy was having a terrible day. Upon calling, I received an automated message that provided a different number to call. When I called that number, I was greeted by the same guy, but his voicemail said a different company name and instructed that text was better. Bottom line - this company only wanted to communicate via text and was unwilling to explain ANYTHING to us. We are not familiar with septic tanks or the inspection process and when we tried to get details the response was "I already told you its a pick-n-shovel". I guess were supposed to know what that means? Then, when I requested information about his company (licensing, insurance - per our agents advice), I received the following response: Are you really going to ask for that? Have not had to provide that in 24 years. VERY VERY unprofessional and highly do NOT recommend for newer home buyers. Unbelievable!

If I could give Billing's-Outback 10 stars I sure would! I have a rental property in Arnold, MD that did not pass a sellers inspection. If you have septic problems GREG is MUST CALL! You won't regret it. I had 2 ridiculous quotes from 2 well known Septic company in AA county - one was 10 times higher then Billings to replace clogged lines and a distribution box. Greg made it happen in 1 day and provided me an honest quote and repair time frame. After the work was completed, they did a great job of cleaning up the property and covering the area with dirt and grass so it blended in. Thank You GREG!

Outback did an excellent job at repairing my failing septic. They quickly responded during initial issue; troubleshot the issue; prepared a temp solution; and walked us through the County process. The day of install was seamless - ONE DAY ! Many larger companies we talked to made the process so much more complicated but at Outback we had access to the owner (Greg) the entire time. Would recommend them any time.

I had to have my septic tank replaced and Billings did an amazing job! Reliable, cleaned up a big mess, pleasant, and were very competitively priced. I would highly recommend them. I live in Montgomery County Md .and their pricing was better than the local company.

What a great family and business. Extremely responsive, prompt, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and just nice people. Identified the problem (serious tree roots in septic system drain field pipe) and did a painstakingly careful job of digging to avoid a utility line. Fixed everything and put it all back together in a matter of hours. Outstanding.

Greg and his team put in a new septic tank at our home, which is built into a ravine and not a particularly easy site to navigate. Months later they returned and corrected "settling" of the earth that had slowly worsened (they had warned me about this). I have found their work to be meticulous, timely, and they have been responsive to communications. They have certainly earned my loyalty!

When I asked Max to show me how to set the new controller up he said there was no need because he had already programmed it (using a cheat sheet I had gotten from a previous sprinkler co) and that any changes would be automatic as the year went on. Well, he programmed it wrong, in several different ways, causing excessive watering on a daily basis. The sprinklers would run from 4 am to well past 11:00, run on days it wasn't set to run, and odd times throughout the day and night. I was in the process of moving, and my tenant didn't move in until a month later, so the excessive watering wasn't noticed right away. When I started digging around in the app I found reports showing the sprinklers ran every day, anywhere from 22-24 hours a week. Ft. Worth water department sent me a violation, and looking at their usage reports it shows I was up over 332% from this time last year. The first time I called Max I asked him to look at the programming, which he refused to do, instead making me wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out. They replaced the controller, but it didn't fix anything. I called again, and again had to wait 2 weeks for a tech that didn't even show up this time. Lee's Sprinklers tried to blame the app for malfunctioning, and told me I would have to be the one to deal with them, as Max refused to call himself to trouble shoot the issues. The problem is I'm the middle man, I couldn't answer their questions, and I live 45 min away from the house now; plus, I hired and paid Lee's Sprinklers, they chose the app, installed the app, and programmed the app, so Max acting like this had nothing to do with him was bewildering. I told Max to meet me at the house and we can talk to the app people together, which he did, making it clear I was putting him out by being rude, condescending, and talking down to me as if I hadn't been watering my yard for the past 17 years. He made it very clear he did not think this was his problem what-so-ever. While I'm on the phone with the app people I asked Max for my "cheat sheet" back (showing watering times per section and the % changes I should make over the months), which he texted me, and I immediately saw that he had doubled up the running times for the cycle and soaks, on every single station. I said that accounts for most of the problem right there, and when I looked up he was already walking out of my garage said "yep", and just left. He left the second he realized he had made a mistake, and now refuses to call me back. Talking to a supervisor at Hunter he figured out a few mistakes Max had made with the programming, one where he had entered it to water 20% more (then the already doubled up times he had inputted) if the temps were above 85, and this is summer in Texas y'all. Other settings were also entered incorrectly, which was causing the sprinklers to go off at weird times, 2 am, 8pm, 4 pm, etc. So, for the little over 2 months, since they installed the controller, I've had to pay $450 more in water charges than last year at this time, and they have waisted 10's of thousands of gallons of water during the hottest months of the year. Now, since Max won't return my calls, my next few days will be spent filing complaints with the appropriate agencies, just making this whole thing that much more tedious than it has to be. The supervisor at Hunter emailed Max a run down of what the problems were, and Max didn't reply to him either, so when issues arise don't expect Lee's to stand behind their work.
Also, right after they did the work my values in my front yard started to pour water. I called Max out, he said they didn’t cause it, and I, believing their 4.8 google reviews, paid Lee’s to fix them. Turns out it is absolutely caused from irrigation work, from the friction moving and breaking parts. Instead of being honest, Max took advantage of me and charged me another $550 to fix the values Lee’s broke. Total loss - $1000
The last two screenshots show the minute Max walked out of my garage and frantically started changing the sprinkler settings, thinking he was covering something up. -
I wish I could give this company 10 stars for their services - I had Tyler who came out and helped with our sprinkler system by replacing the ball valve and main system, setup a schedule and helped provide info regarding the new system and schedule. From arrival to finish, it was nothing but professional & clean. And lastly, the price was way more than affordable they are hands down the best in the area.

If you are looking for a for a company to address a Yard Drainage issue or Drainage & Foundation preservation issue, look no further than Lee Sprinklers, Drainage and Foundation Preservation LLC .
Our Builder- a luxury home builder- did not install a proper drainage system for one side of our house. A proper underground drain line with adequate slope was missing . Over the years the parkway portion of our front yard turned into a wetland and the walkway was always wet and in winter, it became an icy slippery hazard for pedestrians. Lee Sprinklers, Drainage and Foundation Preservation LLC came up with the most economical and reliable solution. Our neighbors who shared with us the common parkway and we have been very pleased with the results. Even though work lasted longer than anticipated, as more underground issues were uncovered on excavation for a yard that is shared by two neighbors, the job was completed at the quoted price by most pleasant working crews , some gem like people, which included Max B., Jose R. and his brother and Jose S. Thank you Lee Sprinkler, Drainage and Found Preservation Co. -
We've had a few leaks and odd things happening with our sprinkler system after a few years of neglect, so yesterday I made the decision to reach out to Lee for a maintenance call. Within 15 minutes of filling out the online form I had a call back to schedule, and then this morning they called again to say there was a cancellation and I could have someone out today. In an hour, they had my system running better than it has in 6 years and gave me confidence in what we have going forward.
Fast, quality, and a fair price. Thanks so much for a great experience. -
Have used Lee Engineering for several years at our previous home. Was happy to hear that they were able to service my system in my new home. Diagnosed and resolved issue in a timely manner. Even provided guidance on settings and issues to look out for in the future. Will always be by "go-to" sprinkler repair company. Happy to refer them to my neighbor who was having issues with a poor install from a another local company who wouldn't stand behind their "guarantee/warranty".

Recommend! The company is very professional and accessible.
Scheduling couldn't be easier. Max was in contact with me prior to arriving and after the initial visit. He was clearly knowledge and seemed genuinely interested in problem solving the issues I've had with drainage around my home. He also pointed out some potential cost-saving solutions that I could do myself. I had a quote in hand extremely quickly and it was well done - very clear.
I'm early in the process of many home projects so work hasn't begun however I'm impressed with the experience so far. -
Blake from Lee Engineering was great! He was very prompt, and both he and his helper got right to work. They were able to diagnose my leak and explain it to me in no time! Blake was professional, nice and he knew his stuff. I was able to go on to work confident the problem would be resolved correctly and professionally.. I’m very pleased with the service I got today. No price gouging , I felt it was a fair and reasonable price. I will definitely use Lee Engineering in the future.

I would not use anybody else. They have taken care of me and many of my clients. You can count on them to take care of what you need. My drip drip irrigate was not working and they fixed it quickly.

Our house is situated at the bottom of a hill, so every time we get a heavy rain we get a mudslide through our yard and into our pool. Max came out to my house three separate times to measure, evaluate, and develop a plan to solve all of our drainage and flooding issues. Then they executed the plan with a level of efficiency and professionalism that I've never experienced. I want to thank Max, Javier, and the whole crew at Lee Sprinkler, Drainage and Foundation Preservation.

Team Lee was very professional. Max Blanchard was very courteous and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with the retaining wall that we had installed. Max and DJ schemed up a good solution to our soil erosion issue and the job was done right on schedule. Our neighbor, who benefitted from the wall as well, was also impressed.

Max was fantastic, answered all the questions in a professional and friendly manner. He took Customer service to a new level. As for the Construction team.
Super Efficient, friendly, and courteous. Even placed the stone blocks that I had back in better shape than I had them. This TEAM is just over all fantastic.
Thanks. -
We are very impressed with the level of service from Lee Sprinkler, Drainage and Foundation Preservation. We purchased an older home with some serious drainage issues and an outdated sprinkler & foundation watering system. Max came out and spent time walking around the house and identified areas that needed drainage improvement and recommendations to get the existing watering system working properly again. Max was wonderful to talk to and a true gentleman. I felt confident that he was going to take care of us and our home. The scope of work was extensive and Max, DJ and the crew went above and beyond to correct years of neglected issues. The sprinkler system required some tweaks so Max and DJ happily made several trips to get everything just right. We will be using them in the future for maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional! From the time I called to set an appointment till installation was less than a month. It was quick and easy! Communication was amazing!!!!
The crew was on time, everything was done as promised, they kept me updated through the day and cleaned up once done!
I highly recommend them for sprinklers or foundation watering system! -
I had Lee do some major work in my yard. Including installing a long French drain. They connected the drain to my existing downspouts for greater draining and laid it out to the street through the curb.
I also had them put in a ‘dry creek bed’ to address a drainage issue during heavy rains.
All of the work is very impressive. They cleaned up everything after work was complete and my yard looks great. They did everything that was requested and did so amazingly.
Max, Javier and Dan were great to work with. The gentlemen doing the work were very nice and very hard working. Finally Dorothy at the front office was a pleasure to speak with.
If you have poor drainage on your yard, I confidently recommend them Lee Sprinkler.
