Where do I start...Max, DJ, Javier, and the entire crew were absolutely excellent. The process was so simple and painless. Max came out initially and explained everything, his quote was spot on and competitive. DJ, Max, and Javier came out to do a pre-work walkaround and get a scope and expectations for the project so that everyone was on the same page. The crew that did the work was amazing, they worked from sun up to sun down, made sure all holes in the yard were covered so my son and dogs didn't get injured and they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Project completed was a sump pump in the backyard to remove standing water secondary to rain. I have zero complaints with the company. They got the work done the following week as we were wanting to list the house ASAP. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and respectful team. Would not hesitate to contract their services again.

I highly advise anyone considering using Lee Engineering to think twice. My experience with this company has been terrible. Initially, someone from this company comes out in August to evaluate problems with our existing sprinkler system and indicates that someone will get back in contact with me soon to discuss. A month later someone comes out again and does something but never tells us anything. A month later we contacted them to find out what was going on with the sprinklers being repaired and was told someone would be out. Still no quote.

Early November when I'm out of town they show up and perform work (still with no quote) and leave a mess on our sidewalks and entrance to our building. We contacted them and someone came out and halfway cleaned it up. Then a few weeks later, they send me a bill after the fact still with no explanation as to what they were going to do ahead of time or any sort of a quote. See bottom of bill on photo where I supposedly signed and authorized and acknowledged that the work had been completed in a satisfactory and worklike manner, etc.

Two and a half months to get sprinklers repaired and I'm pretty sure that the repairs have not been completed correctly as I still have water coming across my parking lot for hours after the sprinklers have run but I don't want to have to deal with them again. No communication before performing work as to costs, etc. This is not the way to do business!

We made the choice to use Lee Engineering.. the best money spent and the best result you could get when faced with a drainage problem!.. Max came out and gave us a quote and explained the process. The crew finished our project in a timely manner and left our yard looking better than it was before they arrived. Employees are customer service oriented, highly trained and highly skilled! Thank you!

From the inquiry call to service provided by Max, Lee Engineering was amazing! Our sprinklers suddenly stopped working and Max was able to come out the next day. He started looking into the issue while explaining the process. He found the problem and we had our sprinklers running by end of day. Highly, highly recommend this group.

I started having another issue right next to the ground water. A lot of water. We thought the ground water moved over. Nothing showing up on the water meter, water bill is the same. Javier with Lee's, kept at it, we were going to put a pole in and see how deep it went and take readings and decide how to proceed. Well he decided to dig and check on something. He discovered that our previous owners buried this sprinkler head, valve box about a foot and a half deep. This is about the 5th one in the 20 years of living here. I don't know why it started to leak, but he fixed It and the ground water that is still there should drain correctly now. And the yard show dry up. Thank you Lee's...Javier and Joel. So appreciative!
(First review) I just had a french drain put in by Lee's they came out when they said, they probably did it in 6 hours, planted new grass. They checked my sprinkler system and replaced heads or other parts making sure all was in working order. I definitely recommend them. I also would like to thank Max and his crew.

Jonathan, Javier and team worked so hard on my root barriers and new sprinkler system. They were polite and kind and kept me updated. Everything was put back the way they found it, great on the clean up.

I recently engaged Lee Sprinkler and Drainage to install tree root barriers, a foundation watering system, an irrigation system for the lawn and flower beds, and to seal multiple expansion joints in the driveway, sidewalk, and patio. All of these were recommended by an engineer, except for the lawn and flower bed irrigation system.

Joel came to my house and made some recommendations based on the engineering report. He was very thorough in his recommendations and put together a quote for the work that reflected these recommendations. Included with the foundation watering system and irrigation system was a WIFI Hydrawise controller.

I have nothing but good things to say about the crew that performed the work. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. The lead crewmember kept me informed during the installation. Throughout the project's duration, the project manager conducted several inspections of the work. At the end of each day, they cleaned up my yard and sidewalks. After the installation was complete, they replaced the sections of my yard that had been excavated with fresh sod.

When the project was complete, Joel performed and walk around with me and instructed me on the operation of the Hydrawise controller, which was pre-configured by Lee Sprinkler and Drainage. One feature of the controller is the cloud-based Virtual Weather Station which automatically adjusts watering times based on weather conditions. The irrigation coverage is great; there are no dry places after running the system.

I highly recommend Lee Sprinkler and Drainage.

Max provided a thorough consultation, clearly explaining the drainage and foundation watering system they would install and how everything would work. He then designed a solution that perfectly met our needs.
The installation crew was absolutely fantastic. Over the course of 3 days, every team member worked hard and were courteous, highly skilled, and focused on finishing the project right. The crew also kept the yard clean throughout the process.
All said, the new drainage and foundation watering systems have been working beautifully.

Primo and team did a great job of installing our foundation watering system! They took less time than quoted to do the installation. Everything works great. Especially grateful for the care they took in working around the Christmas decorations and the landscape lighting. They cleaned up and you wouldn't even know they did what they did just by looking.

Johnathan and the Primo team just completed a major backyard irrigation project for us. This team is friendly, responsive, meticulous and very hard working. Lee’s engineer, Tyler, made an excellent plan fitting our new landscape design needs. Javier proceeded the Primo team and outlined the work to be done and ensured utilities were accurately marked. Root Barrier. Joel sales, Javier supervisor. Designed a good root barrier. Jonathan and primos team did an outstanding job putting in the two root barriers to protect the house foundation. All sprinklers, drains, and water supply lines were protected. Sprinklers tested. Cleanup is outstanding. Jonathan and primos even put in new grass over the root barrier. Neighbors are impressed with how it looks like the yard wasn't even touched. Even my garden bed wall looks the same as before! Thank you Jonathan and primos and Lee's Engineering. Definitely recommend!

ZHL is the best in the business. We had a failed drain field and a cracked septic tank that hadn’t be fully pumped/inspected in years (due to poor service from other companies that didn’t do the job right). Replacing your septic tank and drain field is an intimidating job as a home owner. ZHL’s communication, attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism made it as easy as it possibly could be. While I hope I don’t have to replace a septic tank or drain field anytime in the near future, ZHL has earned a lifelong customer here. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Haley and her husband's company. They are a family owned business here in Jacksonville.... I needed a septic tank company to come in and replace the septic tank within 2 weeks to make a closing happen, and they were able to get it done ASAP.... they also beat everyone else's quote.

If you need your septic pumped out read this…last year we had our septic pumped out by Acme Septic, big mistake. I now know a septic has a divider thus requiring two separate pump outs. Acme only did one🙁. This left us having to have another pump out in 12 months time. Fortunately ZHL was referred to us and we are very great-full as they now are our go to on any septic issues. Joe showed up with his partner, who didn’t talk much, but he had mastery of a shovel the way Bob Ross did with a paint brush. Joe after locating our septic informed us that only one of the baffles had been pumped out originally, our filter was missing/never installed, and our lid was faulty all of which would allow sediment and stuff you don’t want in your drain field. Btw, the price was the same as Acme Septic they just did the job professionally and correctly.
They are our new septic go to now, plus billing was easy in the form of a text. Only downside was they didn’t have refrigerator magnets on hand for reference next time, as thats the gold standard in our house, if you get on our fridge then your the 💩
