This is our second septic tank pump out with Dr. Poo and we couldn't be more pleased. Booking was fast and easy. Our tech was named Tyler and he was great, he even called 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure we were ready for them. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything and was helpful and gave us tips etc to maintain the system. Truck was quiet and all the equipment was nice and they were very respectful of our property and kept the area clean and left very little footprint when complete. I would highly recommend them and they will certainly be our go to moving forward.

Outstanding service. They came out to our house the next day, located our main water cutoff that was buried under a foot of dirt, and fixed the fill valve on our tank which was frozen shut. They will be installing a float gauge as well. A pleasure doing business with Water Wise. I will call them without hesitation if we need future work.

Our 30+ year old pressure tank gave way overnight, and they were out same day with great service and communication, and a replacement tank fully operational before i could make the second pot of coffee! Really appreciate them taking care on short notice and getting us back up and running. A+ and recommend without hesitation!

I've used them for 2 different problems with my well, and both times they got my issuess fixed quickly and at fair pricing. They know this business inside and out. I'm a small business owner, and in my opinion these guys check every box. Do yourself a favor and call them.

My experience with Triton was exceptional. Jeff was very informative and knowledgeable.
