After a lot of research, we chose Triton for a whole house water filtration system. I really liked working with an owner-operator vs. a large national company, and Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently explained all the pros and cons of various options, and seems passionate about the product and his customers. A couple of things went wrong in the installation, but Jeff and team were quick to respond and make things right. Overall, great experience. Thanks.

Jeff and Dylan from Triton showed up on time and cleared away everything when they said they would. They did a great job cleaning our pool water, and the process was much more convenient than draining and refilling a pool. Jeff is super knowledgeable about water, and I felt like we were in good hands trusting our pool to him. The pool walls had slight algae stains before the treatment, and after about a week, the clean, "light" water had removed the stains. That was a nice bonus in addition to our primary goal of greatly reducing TDS. Both Jeff and Dylan are really nice to work with, and they run a great business. I highly recommend Triton Water Renewal!

Triton Water Renewal was fantastic in getting our pool treated. They were friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job with our pool. Dylan and Jeff came back promptly the next morning to tear down, test and re-balance the water, and also went to brush off some algae buildup that I had in the pool. They both are extremely knowledgable and took time to help me learn more about how to care for the pool I was inheriting.

Eason did a lot of work in my home, they replaced galvanized clean water lines and cast iron drain lines for 1-1/2 bathrooms spanning 3 floors. I highly recommend them! They were professional, clean, efficient, and honest. They ended up not having to replace as much as originally thought and they were completely honest with me about it, charging me less than the original quote. I highly recommend them for any plumbing need and am so happy a friend recommended them to me!

I discovered a leaking shut off valve and called for repair. Knowledgeable technicians arrived within the hour and 30 minutes later the job was completed. Will be a returning customer and highly recommend.

Upon arrival Eason Plumbing access the leak immediately. In short order the leak was repaired with needed cut off device. They were professional and arrived on time.

Highly recommend! They were here promptly and checked our issue. Made an adjustment to a valve and said that was the only issue and refused to charge for it. We had a plumber from another company here previously and he said the valve was bad and wanted to charge $900 to replace it.

About a year ago I had a leak, the only way I knew, was the water bill went up to over $300.00 for the month. I called a local plumber (Martin's plumbing, here in Smyrna) they in turn sent Tennessee Leak Detectors, LLC. They searched the leak since there was no signs and no visible leaks. They determined the the leak was in the slab between the toilet and vanity. After discussing with a couple of different plumbers I was informed since it is a slab home I would be better off rerouting the plumbing overhead since it is a one level home. After getting quotes of approximately $10,000 for the plumbing that doesn't include having to hire someone to fix the drywall and repainting.

Jeremy Eason came out to give me a quote. He asked if he could look around. After speaking with Jeremy and answering his questions, he informed me that he didn't believe the leak was in the slab. He felt like it was outside where the line comes into the house. After a few more questions it was decided to let him try to find the leak, he dug into the yard found the leak repaired and refilled the hole.

I cannot put into words the overwhelming relief I felt. I was so mad these other plumbers were so willing to do the unnecessary without knowing for sure while at the same time thanking God he sent me Jeremy Eason. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful person and not advantage of my situation.

Cody and the rest of the Eason Plumbing crew have been amazing and so helpful, I would recommend them to others. Cody himself has been very helpful and up front with us regarding our issues at our home he is very informative and tries to help out as much as he can.

Jeremy and his helper were very professional. Jeremy made some suggestions on our project that changed the direction of our original plan, but worked great and we are over the moon pleased with their workman ship, courtesy and time frame to complete their task.
