We’ve had to use Scott’s on 3 separate issues, being clean outs and the other was replacement of the line that goes to the field lines.These people care about their customers. They came out on an emergency call over a weekend to empty our septic and unstop a clog. They are very reasonably priced and very friendly. I couldn’t ask for better service and will continue to use them as needed.. THANK YOU GUYS

Ian new to Tennessee from Wisconsin. This is the 1st time I have had a home with a septic system so when my toilet started gurgling I asked my neighbors and they gave me the number to Scotts septic Tank Service. They got me an appointment quickly came out cleaned out my tank and found some repairs that needed to be done so I will hire them for that. The two gentleman that showed up were friendly and kept me informed on anything that needed to be done or that they were doing. I would definitely call them again

Arrived 30 minutes early, was very professional respectful and courteous. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Treated me like a Real person and NOT just another job on the books.

Scott Septic Tank Service provided great service! Explained our problem and what corrections needed to be made. They did everything exactly how they said they were going to do! The made adjustments to our septic tank piping and removed the concrete lid on the large tank end and placed a riser - like a manhole to observe or pump in the future. They communicated with Text and voice mails confirming appointment times and when on their way. I highly recommend them for your Septic Repairs, Pumping or to Install your New Construction System. Great Work!

To give them 1 star is generous. A realtor representing a couple to buy our house hired them for a septic inspection and now even she’s regretting that decision. Scott’s claimed that we had root intrusion and when asked to see the proof, we were presented with a cell phone photo. They claimed the main line needed to be sealed at a cost of $1400. We contacted a plumber that used a camera to scope the line and showed that the line was perfectly fine and in good condition. The house is only 7 years old and no trees in the vicinity. The so called, “root intrusion” turned out to be hair.
