We discovered a leaking hot water heater on a Friday morning. Called our normal plumber… they couldn’t work us in until Wednesday. Found Eason Plumbing… they were able to come out that afternoon. Jeremy arrived in the time window, was very up front with his assessment, and was able to replace the unit that afternoon. Will DEFINITELY be using them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Cody, the owner, told me what needed to be done to finish the project to code which I greed to have done. Eason Plumbing is my new go-to plumber! During the terrible winter storm in January, our hot water heater quit working. I texted Eason Plumbing on a Sunday and they responded and got me on their books first thing Monday morning. To my surprise, they showed up when they said they were going to! They thoroughly explained the issue and honestly told us that we didn't have to replace the water heater at that time, but we would probably continue to have issues when the temperature drops. We chose to proceed with a replacement and they arrived first thing Tuesday morning to install it. We have an outdoor tankless water heater. The temperature was 7° and they were there for HOURS. Jeremy and Isaiah were troopers and got us taken care of. We have had no issues since! I am so grateful for the Eason team getting us taken care of so quickly during such terrible conditions!

He clearly explained what was happening and said I needed a new water heater. He was very efficient and what I thought would be an all day ordeal turned out to move smoothly and timely. Eason Plumbing did an excellent job of fixing our outdoor spigot and installing a new upstairs toilet quickly and with quality fixes and installation. I only now want to work Eason Plumbing on any plumbing repairs or installations. Arrives within their window of time they provide you. Excellent customer service as well.

Tim and Stephanie were great to work with and communication was above par. They were able to get to us quickly when our septic tank stopped up and came back out a few days later to install risers. Will use them for all of our maintenance needs going forward.

Its been a year now since the awful day of realizing that our septic system was backed up.... after having another company come out and refuse to work on the existing system and telling me we needed a entire new septic system I called Scott's. Their reviews made me feel confident that they would be straight with me. They picked up the phone on my first try and first thing the next day the pump truck was backing down my driveway. We did need a lot of work done and that's never cheap BUT we didn't need a whole new septic system. A year later and our system is working great. Thanks again for the great and honest work
