Very disappointed by the service provided. I called them to clean my Septic tank and they did in a way that it seems the easy way without digging the dirt out to find the tank's plug. So, a week later I called them and they charged me again buy doing the same thing. I feel their technicians did not know that to clean the tank they had to open it and not just going the easy way through the cleaning pipe. Yes, I have a problem with my drain field and it should had been identified the first time they went to clean it by opening the tank. So, I ended up calling a different company who took their time, dug the dirt out, open the tank and cleaned. They also fixed my drain field saving me thousand of Dollars. Out of courtesy, I called Champion Septic Tank and spoke with their representative and I explained to her that I did not feel it was fair as home owner being charged twice and I requested a reimbursement, but she always excused herself on the owner of the company. They never contacted me back. I wished I have had the opportunity to talk to owner of the company. Be Aware.
