All-Star Pump Outs deserves more than five stars! On my first call, Andrew quickly understood the issue I was having at one of my properties. He squeezed me into his tight schedule and came to the property to take a look and give me a quote. We quickly agreed to all the terms, and again, in that tight schedule, he fit in his crew to replace what needed to be done. Hands down, he and his crew are highly recommended and my go-to company when anything plumbing-related is needed.

Andrew and his team did a great job cleaning the septic tank in my property. Andrew inspected the system and noticed the pipe going to the tank needed to be replaced as it wasn't properly pitched. His team came back the next morning to do this repair and they did a great job. I definitely recommend All-Star Pump Outs as they are knowledgeable and professional.

I scheduled a septic system maintenance service, expecting it to be due after three years in our home. Andy arrived promptly, inspected the tank, and advised against proceeding with the clean-up at this time. He explained that accessing the tank would require digging it out and, based on his assessment through the vent pipe, the system likely wouldn’t need service for another year. Andy recommended coordinating with a lawn care company for preparation and post-service restoration when the time comes.

All Star Pump Outs is the best septic tank service company in Miami. All the companies I’ve used in the past 25 years did not provide the same service and attention to detail as Andrew provided. They located dug out and pulled up the whole lid of the septic tank. They pumped cleaned inspected and tested for proper drainage. These guys do it the correct way without cutting corners. Amazing same-day service! Called in the morning with an emergency septic back up. Had a truck in the yard by 1pm. The guys took the time to properly assess and mitigate the issue, beyond the basic pump out.

Some people are in it for the profit, and some people are the profit itself. Andrew is one of them. Not only is he able to educate you to save money down the line, he will try to give you an honest price and complete honest work. He answered quickly, turned around within 24 hours and completely the job to my satisfaction. Given the opportunity to possibly make more profit Andrew chose to make a client for life. For a guy who recently lost his job, I appreciate people like him who go above and beyond like I once did for my clients.

All-Star strikes with quality and extraordinary customer service!!! So.....my fault, I forgot to clean my septic tank filter and we were backed up again. Called All-Star and they came to the rescue again!!! They do not disappoint and they get the job done!!!!!
