The team at All Star was amazing. They were on time, responsive, and did a great job. They really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This was a big deal as we were dealing with a really bad situation because of another provider’s unprofessionalism and bad work. If you’re looking for any kind of septic or plumbing work, don’t look any farther, these guys are the best.

All-Star Pump Outs and Andrew are as good as it gets! This is my second time using him. I called him and he squeezed me in even though his day was all booked. I was having backing up problems with my showers and Toilets and when he opened up the tank,, it was not full so that was not the issue. He then tried to snake and problem solve a couple things and even though it was not a septic problem, he spent the time to figure it out and then referred me to the person who could fix it. Andrew is honest, reliable, smart, and a good guy! I Highly recommended him and All-Star!

I am having bathroom renovations done and my contractor advised me that I needed to get my septic tank pumped out. I called All-Star Pump Outs and spoke with Andrew. He explained the services he provided as well as a tentative quote. He came the next day as scheduled. He had amazing customer service skills. He aLeo explained and showed me my issues once they opened my septic tank. Andrew and his assistant cleaned and hosed down the area they had to dig out at the completion of the job. I highly recommend his services.

Family-owned business with years of experience. Andrew and Joe installed a new septic tank and drain field on my property. From early in the morning until late, they worked hard and completed the job with quality. By the time the work was finished, there was still a lot to clean up, and some tasks remained, like reinstalling my fence. If you’re looking for an honest company who gets the job done this is it. You will not find anyone in Miami who is knowledgeable, explains things, gives reasonable prices and isn’t trying to rip you off. The owner of the company is the one coming out and doing the work. He has been doing this with his family his whole life and knows his field extremely well. Very hard working guy.

We had repairs needed to be made to our septic tank. A big hole formed in the ground (potentially from a septic company who drilled a hole into the septic tank and never installed a proper lid. Just left a hole covered with dirt). Very dangerous situation as our child could have easily fallen into it. He didn’t try to sell us on a septic tank, or find 20 issues to tab on, he handled the issue immediately and got into the knitty gritty upon arrival to properly inspect the job. He had a proper lid fabricated, sealed everything inside and out, used quality stainless steel nails, cement etc. Very impressed and a job very neatly and well done. He’s the type of contact you keep forever for any issues and earns lifelong clients. Thanks for making our space safe Andrew.

I was driving home and noticed the truck on the side of the street. I stopped to ask them for pricing Andrew and his crew greeted me and answered my questions. I gave them a call 15min later and they told me they would be there within the hour. Upon arrival and initial pumping they noticed that my tank had a heavy build up of soil. Andrew explained to me the situation and gave me knowledge. I proceeded with the job, they pumped out all the soil and were great. Once the job was the pump was complete , they closed the tank and sealed the cracks and corrected the issue I had which led to the soil getting in. They even cleaned and washed down my patio. If you need a pump out or any issues give them a call for GREAT service.
