I called USA Septic and Sewer Cleaning this morning and within 2 hours, our septic tanks were cleaned, invoice was paid, and the pleasant young men providing the service were onto their next satisfied customer!

Outstanding service! JR was quick to answer my call on a Sunday and set up an appt for first thing Monday morning. David and Hayden showed up on time and went right to work. Septic system needed to be pumped and they discovered the pump burned up and needed replacing. They explained to me everything they were doing as they worked. They did not waste anytime or unnecessary efforts, they worked diligently to accomplish the work needed. Would definitely recommend this outfit for any work needed. I will be a return customer should the need arise!

Could not recommend USA Septic enough! We moved into a new home in June and Brandon came and serviced our tanks and lines after over 10 years of never being touched. A month later we experienced some back up and he came out the same day we called to check out want was going on. We ending up have some clogs in the house and Brandon was able to get them out with a smaller jet! Communication. and professionalism was awesome. We are new to owning a Septic system so Brandon answered all the questions I had and explained how everything worked. I have two small boys who were very curious and wanted to watch the whole time and he was very kind to them and let them hang out and watch.
We will definitely use and recommend USA Septic for all future needs!

After fighting a major issue with my septic system and trying to fix it I finally called in the professionals. Brandon showed up same day as I called and got to work on the system. He pumped all tanks and did a great job troubleshooting the problem and repaired the issue the same day in a short span of time. Amazing quick response service! Made things affordable as possible and responded to my emergency same day! Were very thorough in all the work they did. Power surge had damaged my entire unit, electrician confirmed and recommended septic specialist. Couldn’t be happier with the clean out, parts, repair, replacements, and care they put into making sure everything was a go for wedding guests we had visiting that week. Called them on Saturday morning Brandon showed up around noon. He pumped out my septic tanks and cleaned it . Very knowledgeable and polite. Great service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

JR was quick to respond to our request for a quote to have our septic tanks pumped. He was able to get us scheduled the same day for service. Our technician, David, was polite and took time to explain the process to us. He was thorough with his work and recommended additional work to our system that we were not aware we needed. We would highly recommend their services and plan to us them again in the future.

David came out first thing in the morning to pump our system out. He noticed some problems with the access points and pipes. He was able to stay on the job all day and got everything up and running like it was supposed to be. He gave us a fair quote and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend USA Septic.

Called Nick... he was very up front and informative, professional. Told us what was going on and how to help prevent it. Really impressed on the team on how well everyone communicated and how to get to us in a time manner. Which, by the way was a emergency on a Friday evening during our pop up dinner. I thought this was gonna be a hassle . Almost had emergency. They showed up within the hour took care of it for us. I don’t normally leave reviews but they deserve it . 100% will recommend to anyone

We had a different company come out in December of 2023 to pump our tanks and we didn't realize they hadn't pumped all 3 tanks they only pump 1. Over the weekend everything was backing up in the house and couldn't use water. I called Burleson Septic Monday at 830am and explained to the lady the problem we were having and she had two guys out the same day. Burleson Septic were life savers. I can't thank you enough.

First time getting septic cleaned out (510.00) thought price was a little steep but needed to get done. Crew showed up on time and no later than 15-20 min. out the door. Was a little disappointed that I had to wait for 30 min for tank to fill up and had to close lids myself. I think for that price I should not lift a finger. Overall great customer service over phone. RECOMMEND.
