A+ business. Our septic tank was full and needed emptying. Brandon from Burleson septic cleaning came out. He was super nice and professional. He did id a great clean job. He also explained alot to me about our septic system. Btw He is also dog friendly. The next go round I will definitely be using them again and asking for Brandon To come out. I give them a full 5 stars.

Outastanding service! They came out same day. Driver called a short distance out prior to arrival. Very friendly, professional and quick. Very fairly priced. Will definitely use them going forward.

We have been using BSC since we purchased our home 11-years ago, based on a referral from Mike Cobb, Master Plumber.
I have always been impressed with Melissa in the office, as well as the techs that come out to do the "dirty" work.
Today, I called in, spoke to Melissa. She told me the tech would be out between 1p - 5p, and that the tech would call before he showed up.
Kash called me at 2:15p, said he was 15-minutes out. He showed up at 2:30p, got set up, and got the job done.
Kash is super professional and super polite!
I definitely give BSC 5-Stars and will continue to refer people to BSC for all their septic cleaning needs!

Melissa is very good to work with. Friendly and up front. After contacting several people concerning my septic system, Burleson Septic is the only company that showed any interest in my problem. All I received from others was NO returned phone calls and excuses as to why they could not get to my problem. The guys from Burleson Septic that came out and worked on my septic system were super. They were friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and fun to be around. Highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a home in the area and I contacted Burleson Septic Cleaning first thing this morning. I asked them if they could send someone out to service the system and "teach me the ropes" of maintaining a septic system. They were able to send Thomas out to take a look same day.

Thomas was the definition of professional and spent over two hours locating, digging out and cleaning our system, all the while giving us advice and guidance on proper maintenance.

Thomas has earned Burleson Septic Cleaning my business and referrals so as long as I'm in this area. You can tell Thomas cares about doing a good job and won't leave without it done the right way.

Last week Burleson Septic came and pumped my septic tank for me. The men Dylan and Cash did a great job and left it working in perfect order. I appreciate them coming on such a short notice. Everything works great now.

So this is a funny story I wasn’t actually here at this septic place. My daughter’s car was broke down across the street. However I just love love love Ms Marilyn so I will Review the family business and give her a 10 star review.

I high Recommend Burleson septic cleaning. Rick Grubbs came to my rescue. I had found a old receipt from 1998 from my grandmother who had used this service. So with that I took my chances and boy I'm glad I did. He was fast, kind, polite and knowledgeable. And now i'm back in business. Oh yeah, and they are reasonable priced. So if you're having septic problems, give them a call.

Today Dylan Brinkley from Burleson Septic came and pumped out our septic tank. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Offered good advice. Left us convinced we were dealing with a true professional. Will be turning to them again when needed, and highly recommend them.

Aerator died on us unexpectedly, and they were able to get out to us in a just a couple hours. Brandon was our Technician, great guy, friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the system works and gave suggestions for preventative maintenance.

Today we had a gentleman named Dylan Brinkley from Burleson Septic come out and pump our tanks. He has fantastic people skills. He was exceptional at explaining everything and extremely patient with all of my questions.

I asked and called around to several companies for pricing and while Burleson Septic was a bit more expensive, the reviews I was seeing online prompted me to choose them anyway because of the exceptional service they provide.

I am not disappointed and the next time I need service, I will be requesting they send Dylan again.

Showed up at the scheduled time Tony and Johnathon were extremely nice and took care of us. Satisfied customer and this company will continue to get business from our household.

I don't know the mans name that came out here, but, he was done in no time, and supposedly pumped out all 500 gallons, well, all the levels are full and running over, so I have no idea why I even had it pumped out if it's not cleaned out and usable...just pumped and left...

I had another septic tank cleaning company come to the house and could not find the septic tanks to pump out what goes in septic tanks lol. Wasted half my day. I think the pun was intended. Burleson Septic came out. Cash was the technician's name, he was able to find both the tanks within 10 minutes and had them dug up. He also gave me some suggestions on what to do to keep it functioning smoothly. He did his job very professionally and arrived on the time as specified. Cash was friendly and got the job done quickly. Great way to run a business. 👍 It makes a difference when you have quality people.

Amazing service all around! I truly felt like they had our best interests in mind and were not out to just get our money. I will recommend this company to anyone needing septic service and we will use only them from now on. Our septic system backed up at 7 pm on a Friday night, I called them and at first did not get an answer but a few minuets later they called me and I spoke to Melissa who was super helpful. She explained they could come that night for an after hour fee or she could walk me through relieving the pressure myself which got us through the night until they could come out the next day. Kash was our service technician and was super helpful, straight forward, explained exactly what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. Gave us a ton of information on how to keep our system running efficiently.

Daryl did a great job today. I called Saturday they came Tuesday. Great service. Tech was very knowledgeable and tell me what I needed to do to keep my system working at maximum potential. I would recommend this company to anyone. Also Melissa, who answers the phone is awesome as well!!!! Very helpful.
