The tech Miguel was great and did an a good job. He cleaned and disinfected the sewer drain area where water was flowing out and left it like it was before. Went above and beyond for our simple clogged drain.

Unprofessional!!!! Cursed me out and wished my house gets flooded with raw sewage. In addition, he wanted to charge me $629. And this is a business...what a joke!

Positives: Service was prompt, considering it was a rush not terribly expensive.
Negatives: They left a mess, sewage splattered all around, ruined my mother's shelving. This could have been prevented with some plastic tarps, which I even could've provided. Be sure to ask how to avoid the mess when they come.

I have no idea what I would've done without them. I called at midnight Sunday with a major sewage backup in our condo in Hoboken. Call was returned in 15 minutes. Jim arrived within an hour and the problem was resolved shortly thereafter. This would have been a catastrophe as we have 2' of snow coming over the next 48hrs. Can recommend them highly enough.
