I had a window well drainage problem. I called S&S and Angel came. Very pleased with his work. He was very professional. It wasn't an easy fix but he did it. I recommend this company.

Fast response, went above and beyond to clear our sewer line. Angel thoroughly explained the issue and did extra testing to make sure the problem was completely resolved. Price was fair and service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely pleased with Miguel’s job. He arrived on time and he explained what caused our plumbing issue. He promptly remove the clog and replaced and fixed a part of the pipe that has a tiny crack. More impressive is when he removed the existing dirt in the sink cabinet. Massive thanks to Miguel! Now we can use our sink again. 🙏🙏🙏

Great service. Best price and job well done. I had a horrible bathtub clog, and Miguel came within an hour and fixed the problem for me. Hard to find a good plumber but these guys were the Best. Called in the morning spoke to Angel and sent his guy in the afternoon. Service was fast and great! Miguel was the plumber that came to service. Very professional and courteous, did a great job really knew what he was doing. The price they charge is beyond reasonable compared to most plumbers if not all. Used a bunch of plumbers in the past. They were all horrible, so I never called them again. Will for sure be keeping S&S in the contacts. Honestly it was an incredible job. Extremely friendly, clean and thorough job. Can not say enough great things. I will be for sure recommending to all. There was not one thing that Miguel did wrong.

It is so hard to find good and trust worthy plumbers these days. Angel and Chris arrived at my home as promised and came to my rescue. They were tasked with unclogging my sewer drain. There were roots and other waste matters in the sewer that were hard to remove but they were determined. With their experienced and skilled techniques, they successfully unclogged it. Miguel from S&S was fantastic. Recommended by a fellow plumbing company. Same-day, fast service after calling on a Friday. He explained everything, and was thorough with making sure the clogged drain was definitely cleared out. Kept the area neat, and cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable pricing, and solid work ethic. I have been dealing with a clog for two nights and Angel was able to diagnose it immediately that it was a stacked clog between the kitchen and bathroom. He was able to make time to come on the same day of my call for help because I live close by and got it fixed in less than an hour and made sure the affected area he worked on was dry. Sewer water was backing up into the basement. I called S&S Sewer & Drain and they were soon on the scene resolving the issue. It was a stormy day all around , I’m sure they had many further house calls to make, and after explaining the issues they took the time to answer all my additional questions. We had been dealing with a clog in our sink that wouldn’t go away , the clog seemed to travel every time we tried to clear it ourselves. Angel came and was able to fix the issue immediately, he was so kind and helpful he even looked at some other issues for us. It’s been a month and the drain is still working perfectly!

Today, Angel came to my rescue. Today is Wednesday night before Thanksgiving cooking!! My kitchen sink and bathroom sink both were blocked and no water would go down! It was huge mess. Angel is truly an angel, he snaked the kitchen sink and it was immediately unclogged!! The bathroom sink was also unclogged! He was very clean and left no mess . He was polite and friendly. Thank you very much, Angel. I was able to cook and prepare my Thanksgiving dinner. I’m thankful for Angel.

Terrible company, don't ever call them. The plumber they sent me couldn't even snake a sewer line , he came unprepared with a small snake even though I mentioned main sewer line . Not only that but he left and didn't tighten my sewer caps on a heavy storm day, the sewer caps came flying off from the water pressure and all the rain and sewer water flooded my basement. I called and complained 2 times , no one would bother resolve the issue. Regretfully I paid him via Zelle so I can't recover my money back. I will be filing a court claim against them.

They did an excellent job, arrived quickly to the restaurant and fully cleaned out the grease traps that were full. They also collected our used cooking oil weekly and always pick it up on time without being asked. Definitely will continue my membership with them.

They picked up our used cooking oil every week and do a great job. The guys that work here are very careful of not making any spills or disturbing our customers that are in the restaurant. I would recommend for any grease trap cleaning services or used cooking oil pickup.

These guys came 3 hrs late & the one guy Mike was nodding off the whole time in the van !! I had to threaten to have police come because he wouldn’t get off my property without payment but guy didn’t give me anything to pay him for! Completely ignorant and unprofessional!!!!

Great workers , super professional and organized. Rod was called for an emergency and showed up almost right away and helped us out with a backup/flood in basement that we had. I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN FOR ANY OTHET INCONVENIENCE. THNX!

Great guy! Competitive prices and dont try and stiff you which alot of these guys are known to do in this industry. Had another company come and quote me $800 for a simple job but these guys did it for $200

Don’t call them. The staff on the phone told me the charges.
$50 each side of the sewer line
$50 for service fee
$15 fuel charges and taxes.
I agreed.

When the crew arrived without even checking the sewerage system he said $850 for cleaning the main sewer line. I was shocked and refused the service, then he called some random boss and said it will be $750 then he called again and said $500 eventually he said $350. In my 25 years of homeowner I have never paid this amount for sewer service.
For 2 hours this unprofessional tech couldn’t open the sewer line cap and told me that he has to cut it and to cut the cap it will cost extra $250. I knew he was taking advantage of sewerage lines being closed and was forcing me to pay. I refused. He left my entire basement dirty with sewerage water and didn’t show any respect for my home or carpet floors.
