Had a leak last night and I was not sure what to do so I checked Google for any local companies that were affordable and I came across 49.95. I called and was told that he would be able to make it within the hour. A member from the company arrived on time and provided great service for a good price. I would recommend him to anyone that ever has a problem.

We were looking at buying an older home with some mature trees in the yard. I'd had tree root problems with the sewage line in a previous home, so when we hired various companies to do an inspection on the house we were interested in, I hired these folks to do an inspection of the sewer line. Everything checked out fine. Better safe, than sorry.

Worst company ever!!!! Guy comes into your house with an attitude and then starts yelling and screaming at you they say it's 49.95 but like other reviews say it was 300 spoke to manager says that it was my fault

Everyone at this company was friendly. I was able to schedule an appointment within hours of my call. Without their help, I would have know the reason for my drains smelling bad was due to mold and years of not being cleaned. Two thumbs up.

I was very happy with the service from A4995. I had a Wallflower get Flushed and it ended up in the main line. My technician first checked the toilet to see if it was stuck in there. I t wasn't. Than he got the first snake and found that the freshener was in the main line. Then he got the larger snake and went through the roof vent and broke up the item in the line. The tech I had was very professional and to my surprise actually cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the clogged toilet cleaning work he did. Thank you.

I called them about two weeks ago they came and used the snake and open the clogged sewer and the mechanic made a big mess and left . 2 days later the same problem happened again I called and there answer was no warranty and I have to pay again.
I really don’t recommend this company to anyone.

these are scammers they were supposed to come between 9-12 but they haven't come for the second day they are lying they say the technician is looking for parking it's been 2 hours already

This is the worst lyers make sure you get a guarantee they came 20 day ago . 110 is what they charge and at the end it came out $335 I wold not recomend this company . money in to the drain.20 days latter call them up and they want charge $ 110 .and that's my discount.still having water on the my baismant and they claim is my fault.

The lady on the phone is rude and needs god in her life. She keeps hanging up the phone without answering questions. Who the hell allowed her to be in charge of the phone. The guys they send out have attitudes and not friendly what so ever. Never using them again. Taking advantage during hard times.

Our guesthouse shower clogged right when we had visitors. I called Original 49.95, and they were fantastic. Fixed the clog, were super polite to our guests, and the upfront pricing meant no unpleasant surprises. Definitely recommend!

The people on the phone are rude. No need for it. Both of them. Man and woman. I don’t get it. You are the face of the company. They just don’t care. People need the service will have to endure it. Sad.

they are deceiving, they don't come a second time, you call them, they make you pay twice, supposedly they came, no one opened the door, I agreed to pay twice, they still didn't come, I lost two days and no one came . they are scammers

The service was good but overpriced. The task wasn’t completed with charge on the first visit, and the next day’s 10-minute follow-up was charged at double the quoted rate. Customer satisfaction needs improvement through more professional practices

Stay away. They do not only charge 49.95. They also charge a 49.95 travel charge and a $10.00 surcharge. So minimum charge is $109.00. Deceptive advertising

Why not guarantee your work? I wasnt there when your "tech" came so I didnt see this invoice until after!
Also didnt sign it!
Now my bathroom is flooded and im getting a run around!

Spent a few hundreds bucks but they came here quickly and fixed two big clogs and repaired some parts.

Very unprofessional. A complete ripoff. No proper pricing. . Selling drain cleaning fluid for $125.Employee not saying what it willl cost to snake out kitchen sink and vanity. Spent half hour and charged me $330. No good customer service. They don’t care . No breakdown on bill. They say one thing on the phone and their employee charge whatever they want.Do Not Call this Company.

Called 49.95 and 1st time got an appointment set up by AI on Jan 1 at 7am during a snow storm...of course no one came. When I finally got an appointment on the 14th I was quoted 49.95 *3 = $172 (snake line in home, snake line to street, and service call fee) I thought that was fair. Shepard comes and was upset because I did not realize I had water accumulated at the caps. He started working and after 5 minutes starts saying I can not do the job. I asked why then I hear...$150 to drain out the water, $300 to break the caps, $200 to replace the caps, $300 to run the snake and camera...and the list went on. I said ill take out the water for you so you can work and take off the caps. He said ill give you five minutes. I grabbed buckets and towels and bare handed raced to empty water out of the area and ruined 10 towels...i did this in like 2 min. Then he says I cant work, I cant take off the caps. I said ok ill take them off. I tied while he watched. Of course I couldnt and I said ok Go break the caps. I got out the water now you can see. He said no because you dont want to pay. I repeated i said yes to break the caps. He said theres still water in the pipes i have to pump. I stood up and said do you want to do this job or not? He said No you dont have the money, you can call us when you get the caps off. I had to pay this man $50 for him to watch me try to plumb my own house and make me feel like crap. I called another plumber right after he left who would not let me touch anything dirty. Do not call this company. Rip off technicians.
