and other plumbing supply stores. dont believe me? compare your receipts/ invoices. by the end of the month you paid hundreds of dollars extra on this stores

These guys have the best prices on plumbing supplies in the entire city they are well stocked and they're open on Saturdays till noon however the door does say noon the website says 0ne but that being said they're still the best place to go and their prices are so much better than Home Depot or Lowe's and it got all your fittings and all your coupling unlike the big hardware stores which had no 3 in a 4in and only some doing and under fittings and couplings

I stopped by this store to get some plumbing tools for cutting threads in coated steel buried gas line. After talking to a very helpful counter sales person, it turns out buried plastic line was a much easier, cheaper alternative. Many thanks to Joe the counter guy for some excellent advice.

The parts I need always out of stock. Watch your pricing too. I got a 10' stick of 3/4" m copper for 23 at lowes 27 at ferguson. The guys at the counter are good guys just working with what the company gives them.

Apparently this company does not want business from the public. After the associate made a comment about me when walking up to the counter, he proceeded to tell me he didn't have time to teach a class when he was not able to help me find the parts I needed. After spending 20 min at Fergusons being berated by someone who did not understand plumbing, I went to Home Depot and found the two simple copper plumbing pieces I needed within a minute.

Needed two high-end Moen faucets. Struck out at three Home Depots and an Ace Hardware, when even with photos of what I needed and the staff not understanding the specs I gave. Finally made our way to Ferguson where Victor Lopez at the front counter took one look at both our photos and knew exactly what we were looking for. While not in stock at that store on a Saturday, he pulled up what we needed, showed us the product specs and photos, and one would be ready to pick up next business day, and the other ready the business day after. He worked up the orders, e-mailed them to me so we had all the information to present for pick-up. So helpful and professional. Don't go running around and getting frustrated. Go straight to Ferguson.

This store has been solving plumbing problems for me for more than 20 years. Whenever I bring in a part they know what it is and how to handle it. The staff really knows what they are doing and always takes the time to help. I never waist time with the box stores, this is the place for high quality parts I never go anyplace else. Thanks again to all the counter staff you always come through.

Customer service was great! fast service, willing to go the extra mile to help me figure out the part that was needed. No thanks to the plumbing company. That was assigned thru my home warranty, instead of doing their job and ordering the part that was needed. Not only did they help me find the right part they put it aside for me for me to pick up same day. I can’t give enough thanks and praises to this company. Keep up the good job.

Worse customer service ever. One guy on the phone never acknowledged me the other guy was doing paperwork for tool rental he asked the guy for his license had to run to his car and get it and just stood there and didn’t acknowledge me. I guess if you are not wearing a commercial shirt or they don't know your name they won’t help you. Good luck with that burnt out crew.
