Shout out to the staff here. We had a problem with our water heater, so my husband went to Ferguson. But they didn’t have the part we needed in stock. Since we were desperate, they went out of their way to devise a plan to get our water heater up and running until the part came in. We’re extremely grateful for the extra effort they provided. They’re 10 stars in my book!

First time here I was happy with the service they did i tried to find what I was looking for on my own 10 min walked around and decided to ask for help Brian was quick and knowledgeable he found what I was looking for 3 sec thank you for great service 😊

We had great service from Sergio and Carlos! They explained everything so clearly and fixed our issue efficiently.

I won't be a repeat customer here. I had a leak and they wouldn't explain anything about the problem. They just quoted me something super high to replace 3 pieces that were past where the leak was. They didn't explain if replacing those were necessary and ended up working in a different area and not even touching what they originally tried to quote me for. I don't have confidence in what they did, but it's not leaking now. So I guess they fixed it, and I'm glad I didn't go with their recommendation that was 4x more expensive. Also the guy was still in his car parked on my street an hour after the job which was just kinda weird.
