Plumbing issues in Clinton Township were handled efficiently. The team quickly identified a leaking pipe in the basement and replaced it without any mess. Faucets and fixtures were also checked, ensuring everything worked perfectly. The service was prompt, and the work was completed neatly, leaving the area clean and fully functional.

Shamsu came to my home today to assist me with the releasing of the water that had backed up into my basement. He and his assistant were so friendly and very professional. He was able to quickly assess the situation and gave me an idea of what the problem was. Eventually, I am going to have to have work done to correct the issues permentanly, and will be calling Shamsu for his help. I would highly recommend him to anyone who seeking assistant with plumbing problems.

We had a very serious backup/overflow situation in our new condo last night, and Billy responded to our 7PM call promptly. I was impressed. He was familiar with the situation, he told us right up front he was going to be able to take care of it, and explained what he was going to be doing. It was a huge problem which took 3 hours to fix, but he was very professional and the rates were very reasonable. I'll definitely go back to Pacific. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!

Excellent service from Adrian! I called at 8:30am(The lady I spoke to was also very helpful!) and he was out to my house by 9 to fix a leak in my crawlspace. No other plumbing company I called could get to my house until tomorrow and later. These guys came through and I will now sleep better tonight knowing that water is not leaking under my house. I will not hesitate to hire this company for future needs. Thank You!

My client has had an ongoing plumbing issue for the past 12 years that she has lived in her duplex rental. I have experienced the issue for the past 5 years or so. We have had multiple plumbers out during this time.

Dwayne was the best plumber we have had out. He was very friendly and told us about a screen thing we could put on the end of the hose for the washer drainage. All the plumbers we have had out here and none of them ever mentioned that. If we knew we could do something to try and prevent the problem, we would have done that years ago.

Five stars!! Out of 13 calls to different plumbers, they were the only ones that answered the phone with a professional live person. I needed a facet replaced.They provided the cost up front and I scheduled something the next day. After I scheduled, I received a text message confirming the day and time of the appointment. About 30 minutes before the arrival time I received a phone call and another text message with the name and tracking of the ETA of my technician. Patrick was assigned to the project and was on time. He was professional, friendly and efficient. It was done fast and with care. He provided me information on what to look for and what was replaced. I received another text message thanking me for using their services and asked I rate the service. I would recommend this company to anyone and use them again for future projects!

My husband & I called Pacific Plumbing & Drain Services due to a plugged kitchen sink that we could not fix ourselves. We called & was able to get someone out to our house the very next day. The plumber Henry was on time & very professional. He had our situation completed very quick.

Josh was wonderful to work with and he did a great job on the repair. He was on time, listened to my assessment of the issue, found the problem quickly and fixed it even faster. The cost was very reasonable. I will call Pacific Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs.

He repaired the main waterline to the house and after unforeseen issues completed the repairs with a smile. The toilets decided to run so he replaced the tank parts. No more running water!! Now I can have the inspector sign off on the work. 😃. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues/repairs. He was so positive and patient throughout this craziness. Thank you Chance! The two gentlemen who came to fix the clogged kitchen drain were just awesome. They were polite, courteous, respectful. They fixed the drain and gave suggestions on how to keep It from clogging again. All in all it was a great experience at a fair price!! Will never call anyone else. Happy customers, Bruce and Sue.

We purchased a new home in August and have a home warranty, so Pacific Drain Services was their contracted company. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised with their professionalism, their customer service, and their follow-through. When the home warranty wouldn't cover what they recommended, Billy fought for us and did his best to ensure the problem was resolved before he left. He was so professional, courteous, and friendly. We are definitely satisfied with their service!

Because of weather they rescheduled me 3 times. I was accommodating, even though I didn't have hot water because I wanted others, who didn't have water to get service. I was able to get the hot water back on with a help of a handyman, but it was still needing full service, so they rescheduled me a week later.

I was called and asked to reschedule again and I just couldn't do it this time. They said they would be out from 12-2pm. They didn't show and at 2:15pm, I called to ask why. They lied to me and and told me they left me a message (I had no missed calls, no messages) they would be seriously behind and I just needed to understand that. I asked if they could get a better idea of when the plumber would be out because I had meetings. They berated me acting like I was an issue because I wasn't accommodating them for the 4th and 5th time.
While I was being told this, I explained that I cannot have my time wasted as my business meetings cannot be moved and its how I make money. They told me they were cancelling my service and I needed to find a new plumber.
This customer service was appalling. They clearly do not care about their customers and have no problem kicking the can then finding solutions to help them.
I have over 1M followers on multiple social media accounts and its all I can do not to post this to all of those accounts. Very disappointed and I am sad I have to write this today.

Pacific Plumbing is my new go-to plumber. We had to scrap a planned project with another company after multiple communication issues prevented us from getting a new water line in. I called Pacific on a Monday after the other company fell through, and they had my new line finished by Wednesday afternoon! Chance the Plumber did a really great job and they did not have to dig up my front yard to replace my old galvanized water line. We had them out another day to fix a clogged drain, and Henry did all three of my drains for me in about 90 minutes. Great customer service and quick turnaround time for estimates and repairs.

A five star review, here’s what happened;
- they came out promptly, went on the roof, ran a hose down. The main vent ran some water down it, I asked my wife to run some water, she did, I left an hour later, and we were billed $535.
The technician said, if that doesn’t do it, then you need to call a septic specialist.
Shortly after his visit, we ran the dishwasher, the laundry, and took a shower and no the drain was not fixed, just the buildup of liquids had drain past the clogs I discovered later.
I called the septic people and they came out and said the septic tank flap was just fine and the septic tank was in good condition. They charge me a service call of $130. Wow.
I’m not Plumber, but I decided I would figure this out myself and as it turns out, I had my entire main line blocked, and all four of my drops were plugged as well. When I finally got the blockage to break loose, there was a lot of waste come out, a lot.
Pacific, plumbing and drain build them selves as drain experts yet they didn’t solve my problem after all, they overcharge me, and gave me bad advice, saying that if I had any further problems, call the septic people because it’s a stock flap in the septic tank. Not please all.
I felt taken advantage of when I realize they did nothing but to be fair, I gave them a two out of five because they did show up on time and had a pretty fancy van.

I own a resort with 50 luxoury cabins about an hour outside of Portland. I contracted Jon and Co. to install a water heater in each one of the units. They banged the job out in a week flat with just a couple guys. The price was beyond fair and he they knew exactly what I needed. I was so impressed I had them do several other projects on the site. Jon and his employees are such nice people I had them up for a BBQ weekend before we officially opened. We've been open for over three years now and haven't had a single issue with a water heater. Thank you Jon!! Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Nick went above and beyond to help us quickly resolve what could have been a major disaster. He saw that it was time sensitive and made time in his schedule to make the repairs the next day so we didn't have to wait all weekend. We are so grateful!

What a pain...my drains backed up, toilets won't flush, tub doesn't drain!! I called Pacific Plumbing and drain at 8 AM. 9:15 AM my drains were draining! Henery JR, was amazing. I will always call them in the future. Not only were they fast, but very affordable. I'm glad I called y'all. Plus they didn't even need to come inside my house! He was able to fix the problem from the outside!! Outstanding!!
