Jake is the man! Had a tricky diverter valve. Found the parts on the east coast which were discontinued. Repaired and replaced!! Happy wife happy life!

We had Brandon over to fix a leaky valve. Highly professional and got the job done quickly. He even managed to fix my hose valve that was leaking too. I thought I was going to be a nightmare and that we would have to cut into some drywall. Brandon had yet another job done and no time flat and the process was super easy. I would recommend service pro to anyone that needs a plumber!

I had my water heater changed out. Very professional and solid work done. The service tech, Tyler W, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Tyler took the time to explain to me everything he was doing and why. I was happy to learn a couple things along the way! Highly recommend their service.

Highly Recommend. Jake did a great job replacing my old hot water heater. He was also able to solve an ongoing problem (water hammer) that was damaging my pipes. He also took the opportunity to proactively replace some support brackets on unrelated components in the areas he was working in to prevent future issues.

Zack was super friendly and very helpful. He made sure to review everything and ask clarifying questions. He was efficient while troubleshooting to fix the problem while keeping cost at a minimum. I would recommend Service Pro Plumbing!

Andre saved the day and seriously helped me and schooled me on stop valves. He was quick and thorough to fix a leaky valve I tried to DIY with a push connect. Long story short, push connects are not as good as compression. Service Pro Plumbing treats their customers well!

We found a surprise leak literally half an hour before we were due to leave to visit family. Service Pro got Jake out within an hour and he did a fantastic job! He diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly, and even gave us some great tips for purchasing hardware for another sink. Jake was a lifesaver, and we were able to get on the road with confidence!

I am so happy that I took a chance and called Service Pro Plumbing for what I thought was a broken garbage disposal. They were so kind and listened to me go on and on in my panic. Fortunately they had a cancellation and thankfully it was my great fortune to have Zack show up in record time!
He was remarkable! Polite, personable, so knowledgeable, he knew everything about his trade and then some, he put me right at ease.
As it turned out it was simply a disturbingly clogged drain, which of course some other type of person could have gone with the way more expensive broken disposal and I would have been none the wiser…for this level of honesty and integrity I’m giving Service Pro (and of course Zack) my strongest recommendation possible….this is the company we all want in our corner!!!

Had a slow moving shower drain and called Service Pro Plumbing based upon their positive reviews. The sent a techician named Zach to our home the same day, about 3 hours later. Zach was courteous and cleared out the clogged drain after determining no other cause by inspecting the pipes in our crawl space. We agreed to a service contract that also includes a yearly hot water tank flush. They will now be scheduling that service. We are a very satisfied customer today.

Service Pro Plumbing is a great company; there’s a reason they’re at the top of the Google search! Our hot water went out unexpectedly and we were very lucky to receive prompt service and a quick fix, at a very reasonable price. Brandon and Bryan were extremely helpful in consulting, explaining everything they were doing and were able replace our hot water heater (which was extremely outdated) the same day they came out. We had our toilet installed today by Brandon and he was very friendly, personable and professional. Everything was done appropriately and timely. He cleaned up everything and hauled away the old materials.
