Mike and Chance did a great job on moving our toilet and adding the shower drain for our master bath remodel. They did the job quickly, were polite and answered all my questions thoroughly. PPD was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process from quoting to the completion of the job and they were very reasonably priced compared to others I had quoted.

CJ showed up on schedule and evaluated my issue then promptly did what we agreed to. He also was kind and interesting as a person. Thanks for good work!

They recently did some drain work at my apartment complex and left a mess!!
Alot of toilet paper in the floor and my grill splash with what it looks like human waste!! Don't hire this company. Didn't even knock in my door to let me know about the mess!!!

We had a sink and garbage disposal installed with pacific plumbing. We had some issues out of our warranty window and they fixed the problem free of charge. They were very courteous, professional, and prompt. Thank you pacific plumbing and thank you Connor.

Showed up on time as promised, the same day I called as this service request was for an emergency clogged drain at my restaurant. Really nice and knowledgeable service, tech will definitely be calling back.

This company is a life saver. My main water line from the water meter to my house ruptured and needed to be replaced. Not only did they show up to help assess the situation, but they had my water back in service within a few days. Also, they minimized the disturbance to my yard by being able to directionally drill the new line. Thanks for the great service PP&D!

The plumbing technician Greg who came to my apartment to do a service call did an amazing job fixing all of the problems that have been going on in my apartment pretty much since I moved here several months ago. Greg was able to accomplish everything in a timely manner and left my apartment in perfect working order. He went above and beyond my expectations and was all around extremely respectful and professional. I would consider him a major asset if he was someone working with me or for me based on how well the service call went. Definitely recommend.

I needed a simple replacement of hot/cold water faucet for my washing machine. They said they could replace it or, for $200 more ($750 total) put an insert in the wall. When the job was done they had made a hole in the wall much bigger than the insert and just shoved and screwed the drywall back in in pieces, with gaps and the insert not flush with the wall. They said that's how they leave it and one tech said he's been telling the company they should hire drywallers. I complained and they did end up hiring a drywaller to fix it, only because they hadn't put the condition they leave the wall in in my estimate. Once they fixed it I asked if they'll start repairing the drywall for future customers. They said no, it's up to the customers to fix. Apparently even with a simple replacement of the fixture they would have put a hole in my wall. Beware that if you don't want a drywall repair project on your hands, don't use this company. The second star is for fixing it, even though it was only due to a technicality.

It took a week for them to schedule our service, but other than that everything was great. Folks who came out were very professional and worked quickly. Got the job done on time and we are very satisfied.

Had two plumbers over to fix three pre-existing problems on vintage equipment. They were friendly and professional. Pricing was fair and straightforward. Estimates were accurate. For the one problem which was out of their scope of work, they made excellent recommendations and referrals.

Absolutely awesome company. Good people, good workers and awesome service and responsiveness. Have used PPD for multiple jobs in the past including small plumbing needs and even a full re-pipe. Will use again should the need arise. Cheers!

We’re very pleased with the work performed by Tyler and Service Pro Plumbing. They got our work scheduled and completed in record time and went out of their way to minimize our discomfort. Even the excavation contractor they chose was top notch, we can hardly tell that they had to dig a trench in our front yard.
