If you own your home buy quality fixtures here not the cheap big store fixtures that last a quarter of what quality faucets do. Made to last with less calls to the plumber to repair the leaks.

Try to order already 2 weeks. Bad communication, rude person Bob try to forward again and again. No hi or hello, really feel like person doesn’t want to work or tired to answer on phone calls.

Stopped by at 2pm (Tues). Walked into a staff meeting. Very awkward. No one said hi despite 2 employees being within a few feet from me (I'm standing just inside the front door). After a few min of hearing sales numbers and feeling like an employee I decided to leave. It was only then someone told me it would just be a few more minutes. No thanks.

Because of the reply I got to my review, I decided to try stopping by again since I work a couple minutes away). Went by about a week later and received great service. I'm not a plumber so I thought I'd get an impatient representative with a bad attitude (my usual experience when going to electrical or plumbing supply stores who cater to professionals).
But the guy I spoke with (Paul, I think) was very patient and helpful. Changing my review to 5 stars.

Great workers, great prices, great products. You can find everything from industrial waterworks supplies, down to kitchen and bathroom accessories. Would recommend to anyone looking to redo any plumbing anywhere.

Brandon replaced my main water line and was not only responsive, professional, and super speedy, but also very kind. The water pressure is now like night and day, and he even helped adjust something a previous plumber put in poorly. Keeping his number for all of my current and future plumbing needs and highly recommend his services!

Wonderful experience with BP Plumbing services. They made a service call on Sunday and cleared my clogged toilet issue and provided guidance about faulty toilet mechanism. Professional, outstanding expertise and service.

When I found I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking, a friend recommended BP Plumbing to me. Brandon advised me to call the company to get a replacement part, and let him know when the part arrived, and he would work me in. My part came free of charge on a Tuesday. I let him know that afternoon and he came the next day at 10 am! I was amazed he could fit me in so quickly! He completed the job in a timely manner, and my faucet is now leak free. I highly recommend BP Plumbing.
