I asked Service Pro to give me an estimate for replacing my very old water heater. I wanted some expert advice with details. That's what I got. Jake was affable and knowledgeable. I've decided to have them do the project.

Brandon and Chance did a great job! They arrived on time and did a great job replacing the plumbing to my bathroom sink and installing two new faucets. I will definitely hire them again.

We are doing some home improvement projects and needed toilets removed before new flooring was installed. Jake called to see if he could start early. We were thrilled because his early availability helped us be prepared for the next step. I addition he offered to put the old toilets in our vehicle - We had made arrangements to recycle the old items.
Jake was great to work with and went above and beyond expectations.

There are a lot of options in choosing a plumber, fortunately choosing Service Pro was a good choice. What turned into a 1 hr repair turned into 3 hours but only because of Andre’s thoroughness to get the job done. He made sure all was good before leaving. Unfortunately or fortunately he found a bigger problem after the initial repair. He was able to make the repair but we will probably need some additional work. We will definitely call Service Pro and request Andre for future service.

Google only allows 5 stars, but Zack and Service Pro Plumbing deserve 10!

I’ve been in the home improvement industry nearly my entire life, and I can honestly say I have never met anyone more professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest than Zack.

He came to our home because of a rain drain issue, scoped the pipe, showed me the video, and presented the best solution along with a clear estimate. He then explained their membership program. I’ll admit—I was hesitant at first. Being in sales myself, I’ve dealt with every type of salesperson out there. But Zack wasn’t “selling” anything. He simply explained the membership, the benefits, and what was included, with absolute honesty. We decided to sign up, and I could not be happier that we did.

The membership included a full house inspection, crawl space inspection, and hot water flush. During the process, Zack pointed out things that genuinely needed attention—not made up, not exaggerated, but real issues that made sense to fix. The next day when I mentioned that one part of the house wasn’t getting hot water, his immediate response was, “I’ll be there in 30 minutes!” That’s the type of service you just don’t see anymore.

Zack is not your typical sales guy—he’s a true professional who actually fixes what needs fixing, and does it at a very fair price. I’m confident we received the best value and the best service possible by choosing Service Pro Plumbing.

I’ve already referred them to my neighbors, who used them and then referred them to another neighbor. That’s what happens when a company is honest, fairly priced, and consistently goes above and beyond for their clients.

Our plumber Jake did a great job. He was super communicative and helpful, going over all of what he noticed and was going to do. He worked on all three bathrooms and kitchen. Everything has been going smoothly since his visit! Thank you so much Jake! You rock!!

We had an emergency come up and called Service Pro Plumbing. They booked us the same day. Jake was our technician and was extremely professional and provided some education. Jake did not try and push any unneeded parts our services. I would certainly recommend SPP.

Brandon and Andre came out today and replaced a hot water heater for us. They did an awesome job and walked me through the options available to either repair or replace my older tank. They were great to work with and explained everything to me and even got on the phone with my husband to explain the choices to him. They were quick with the replacement and brought everything up to current code. From stopping by for a quick quote to completing all of the work (including driving back to get parts) it was a little over 2 hours. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Jake did a great job explaining my options re: tankless hot water heater service. Once I decided to proceed, he got the job done quickly, explaining everything he was doing in case I wanted to do it myself in the future. I truly appreciate his professionalism and patience. I will use Service Pro in the future for my plumbing needs.

After repeated drain problems, about 6 months apart, that a different company couldn’t resolve we contacted Service Pro Plumbing. Out 5-star experience began with Ashley, who set the appointment. She was not only efficient and courteous but she grasped our frustration at having to again tackle this issue. She assured us of the experience and ability of the crew she was sending out. Our appointment was for the next day, which was really great because things got worse after hours that night. Always the way, right? It went from something we should handle soon to needing immediate attention. Brandon and Jake arrived on time, they snaked the line with a chain and added hydro jet. We were so pleased we chose the membership option which gives us some peace of mind for the coming year. Thank you Service Pro.

A great experience! We needed to replace a wall hydrant / faucet outside our front door. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was simple. Jake was able to stop by the same day. After discussing our options, Jake had the new faucet professionally installed in no time.

Zack was respectful, courteous, and thorough. Thank goodness the “fix“ was much simpler than we anticipated. Very thankful.
Our home was built in 1971. We’ve needed plumbing repairs off and on over the 25 years we’ve lived here. Zack did a thorough assessment of the plumbing and gave us a list of priorities. He returned and completed all the “must do” and “should do” items, they call them Red and Yellow priorities.
All in all, a great experience.

Brandon and Jake did a phenomenal job reinstalling our tankless water heater and a water filter for our home. They came on time and had very positive attitude and were very professional. It was a pleasure having them around all day , and the work they did turned out amazing, compared to our previous installation by another contractor, that didn’t work and was not up to code either. We love how our setup looks and works, and are thankful for Service Pro for being pros. Worth every penny, went above and beyond with clear labels and instructions.

Service Pro responded very promptly even on a weekend. Jake came out as scheduled on Monday morning and was very prompt and professional. The water heater was repaired quickly. I would highly recommend Jake and Service Pro and will definitely keep them as a source for future plumbing work.

I had Zack and Brandon come out today after my LG Dishwasher decided to give me an AE error code. I knew I could reuse service pro to call them right away because I had such a positive experience with them before. Zack and Brandon were so kind, funny, personable and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations to try to repay my dishwasher that is sadly a goner and gave me cost effective tips. They also rechecked the work done before and made improvements at cost. They gave me good advice to save me money. I appreciate their honesty in not trying to rip me off while providing premium quality work.
