You cannot go wrong with BP Plumbing. Brandon is responsive and honest. He does quality work. We’ve used BP several times now and I’m so glad I know who to call when I need a water issue fixed.

Brandon came out (after only 30 min wait.. in an ice storm) to consult on a broken pipe in my tankless h2o heater. He said the whole unit was toast and he didn’t have availability for a few weeks. He gave me a recommendation for a competitor, which I thought was courteous and unexpected.

After calling 20 other plumbers, no one else had time either so I texted him and asked for a quote and said I’d wait the weeks/month. By some miracle he cleared a day, found a new unit and all the parts and was back to do the work in 24 hours.

I checked up on the prices he quoted for the unit, parts, etc and everything was by the book. No markups or hidden fees, a totally fair a reasonable cost for the job.

And he was very nice and happy to explain everything along the way.

I am a BNB owner and was in a tough place. With a new guest arriving in three days, I needed help fast and for the work to be done right with the first attempt. I had to call the prior two plumbers 2 and 3 times after work was completed but not this time. He is also very knowledgeable and was generous with educating me not only about plumbing but about construction in general. Brandon was a referral and I am happy to refer him to others. He was the right person for the job. The quality of his work is exceptional.

Appointment was easy to get even with COVID. Brandon arrived early and finished the work in a timely way. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend BP Plumbing and Construction Services and will definitely call on them again if I need repair.

January 16 my pipe started to leak, it was in the ceiling above the kitchen and then it burst. I was devastated, I went down to the garage to look where the water was going, it was like a waterfall. At that moment Brandon drove in and asked me if I needed a plumber, I smiled and hired him pronto. He is the best, character wise: honesty, efficient quality craft and all around just good.

Brandon came up with creative and reasonable solutions to every problem I threw at him. He communicated clearly at my limited knowledge level and made some great recommendations about things I need to consider in the near future. My friend recommended Brandon, and this friend is going to get an awkward hug because I've finally found a trustworthy plumber since my plumber retired.

Brandon is awesome. He's a total professional—knowledgable, confident, and a solid troubleshooter. He came to us by way of recommendation and the vote of confidence in his quality of work is well earned. His professionalism extends into his soft skills. Brandon has done several jobs for me at this point, including installing faucets and a shower, installing a new garbage disposal, and most recently replacing all my old galvanized pipes—including the supply line—with a PEX system. He is always on time, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and communicative, affordable and fair, and damn cheerful. As long as he’s in the business, he’ll be my go to plumber. I highly recommend Brandon! He is very professional and does A++ work at a very reasonable price. During pendamic, the hardest thing to find were available plumbers. When you get lucky with one, they overcharge you by an astronomical price for a really average job. We have been having a crazy week with pipe leakages and water heater problems occurring one after another. Despite being extremely busy, Brandon was extremely kind and squeezed time to help us. He kept every promised appointments, came right at the dot, and fixed every issue under a fair price. I don't know how to thank Brandon enough for all that he has help us.

In 2017 Brandon replaced all of the galvanizing plumbing in my 40+ year old home. His quote was reasonable and he walked me through every step. He also created a wonderful walk in shower. My well water has a lot of rust so we added a while house filtration system. I had trouble removing the filter the last couple of times and he worked me into his crazy schedule and also found an area he decided to rework. Brandon is my go to guy for any plumbing questions.
