Sewer pipe to street was clogged. After making the call, Chris and is team showed up 1 hour later! The team did a excellent job clearing the debris and creating a plan to prevent future issues.
Chris did a great job explaining the situation, he went above and beyond!
Will call him back for any future plumbing issues that may come up!

Kyle was absolutely great. He was knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing along the way, cleaned up afterwards so the bathroom was spotless, and best of all completely resolved our drain issues. I will use roto rooter again based on his outstanding service as well as the efficient and friendly dispatch help!

Kyle Conway came and explained what caused our clog. He was very thorough and considerate of our home. He helped us save some money by doing some prep so his machine could fit in the house. He also told us how to keep our pipes clean so we wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He was able to open our drain in a short amount of time. I would recommend calling roto- rooter if things aren’t draining.

The technician, kyle, came out and had an amazing attitude was a very kind person. He explained everything and walked me through the process of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very well spoken and quick and clean. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend his service.

Chris, and Brett came out to our house for a sewer backup. They quickly figured out what was going on, and located my main cleanout cap that i couldnt find. Found a clog in the mainline out of the house towards the street and cleared it out. Both techs were very friendly, considerate, and we all had some laughs. I was curious of the work and they encouraged me to follow them around, and werent afraid of questions i had.

Kyle the technician was awsome and very friendly. He got straight to work and explained everything as he went. I wish it was cheaper but I didn't have to fix it myself and I guess that's the price I had to pay to stay clean.

Ryan Clark was on time, courteous, and texted me at arrival as requested so I could put my dog out. He resolved my issue quickly and explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I could understand what he did.

Had an emergency blockage in our main sewer line. Called after hours and someone arrived in under an hour. Price quote was $570 for rooting out the line and unblocking... Kyle spent over 3 hours and they called out a remote camera fellow as well to inspect the line. Roots near the cleanout and a big blockage over 115' from the cleanout was also discovered and unblocked. Tremendous service, everything cleaned up and lots of great advice was given. First time users of Roto-Rooter and would use them again. Highly recommended and Kyle and Nick were the best!

They sent a technician out quickly to unplug my drain. Maq was our tech and he explained everything that he was doing and kept us informed of what was needed along the way. He was very nice and personable.

If this is reflective of the work they do consistently, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

It was a flat fee for an hour and some change BUT plumbing is expensive and I’m blessed to have it.

Kyle was great to work with. He was kind, respectful, and super easy to talk to. He quickly figured out what was causing the shower clog and got everything taken care of efficiently. He also took the time to share helpful recommendations on how to maintain the plumbing and prevent future clogs, which I really appreciated. Great experience with this rooter company. They fixed a plumbing issue that had been causing ongoing problems with our sinks. Kyle and Chris were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional the entire time, and they explained everything clearly. Really appreciate their work and would definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about our plumber, Kyle. My partner was taking a shower as he was about to leave for work when our showers in both rooms began to flood with sewage water.

This was alarming and scary, and we had no clue what to do. Nothing we tried worked, so I called the after hours plumbing line and Kyle was there within the hour.

He was a bright light in our evening, he was upbeat and he listened to us. He worked with us and explained everything in detail, he let my partner be part of the entire process to show him exactly what was being done, he even gave us a six month warranty for if this occurs again!!

I had other questions too and he happily answered them, but he got the job done in no time and now we feel confident and safe with our bathrooms again.

So highly recommend the company and Kyle specifically if you’re ever in need of an emergency plumber!!

Nice tech. Way overpriced to clear a drain $600. The main reason for this review is that I just got a call from someone claiming to be from the water company 30 minutes after Roto left, they said they needed to come check for secondary damages because of the backed up drain. They are in the business for trying to scam customers, giving your information to predatory third party companies. I never called these people and I damn sure will never call ROTO ROOTER EVER AGAIN. For reference the last time I had this done by a different company a year ago on a different property the charge was $160.

The laundry room sink overflowed and water was on the floor for some time. We called Roto-Rooter and a repairman was out that night. Since then, their workers have been out every day checking the moisture in the floor and walls. They were all knowledgeable, personable and efficient. We certainly would call them again for any water or plumbing problem!

The service was fantastic. Kyle is a really nice guy. He explained everything, took time to ask questions and even asked if we’d like him to take his shoes off before entering. Very friendly, and very efficient.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and a garbage disposal that was regurgitating water into the sink. Couldn’t use DW. I was getting ready for Thanksgiving in 2 days.
Maq came within an hour and cleared the drain with the snake and showed me the black sludge that was stuck to it when he pulled it back out.
Mark also showed up to look at my basement water line as well as my sewer line. They explained that with my old pipes, I need a clean out valve installed in both pipes so they could do a better job with cleaning the clogged line and also run a camera to see what’s happening.
Proceeded with getting ready for Thanksgiving and then the sink regurgitated again the next morning. Called and again they came quickly and again ran the snake through the pipes.They didn’t charge me for that call.
We were able to use the DW for all the pots and dishes at dinner and it hasn’t happened again. But I clearly need to follow up after the holidays.
These 2 guys were really great. Given the family holiday dinner I was putting on, I was so grateful for the quick responses.
As for the price, I think everything these days is expensive. I don’t know if it was reasonable or not.

Kyle and his apprentice came within 30 minutes of us making the call. They got right to work after we discussed pricing. They did a fantastic job, and told us to call back if we had any more issues and they would work with us on price. 10/10 recommend. Would hire again.

Scheduled an appointment for a clogged drain and was given an arrival window of 10am -11am on Monday.

Beginning at 10:45am I began receiving text messages "This is Corrina from Roto Rooter. We are running behind schedule for your service call, but you are the next in line. We appreciate your patience, and I will text you when the technician is on the way." 3 hours and 7 text messages later I received a text that my technician was available and reply Y to confirm. I replied Y and received a text that a technician is on the way and would be arriving in 30 to 45 Minutes. 8 minutes Later I received a text from from Brittany "Hi this is Brittany from Roto Rooter we are running behind schedule for your service call, but you are the next in line. We appreciate your patience, and I will text you when the technician is on the way".

I called to find out what was going on the operator told me no one had been sent and the dispatcher was unavailable. This franchise clearly needs to get themselves organized. I see other reviews with the same problem and I should have checked before calling. That said I reached out to a local plumber and have my repairs scheduled. I would strongly suggest others call a local plumber instead of roto rooter.

Kyle was amazing! He came in with great energy and was able to get the clog dealt with in 30 minutes. He was informative and made sure we knew every step of the process. I could not have asked for a better experience when calling a last minute plumber on a holiday!
