Louis was the plumber that came out and did a good job. Was surprised at the $282 cost and called Zach to ask why a $30 part that took 10 minutes to fix cost so much. He said since the plumber didn't fly a drone over so it took him longer than normal to get to my house. He said he'll tell his plumber to slow down and take longer on the job so the cost per hour looked better. Customer service goes a long way and Zach sucks at good customer service. Won't use again

I called Tipton's plumbing after having a bad experience with another plumber. They were very responsive and set an appointment for the next morning. When I called them the next day, I was told that they wanted to send out the most experienced plumber for my tankless water heater. Later, Zack called me and told me that the plumber he wanted me to have was still on another job and it would be Monday before he could get to me. After approving the change in plans, come Monday morning the phone rang at 8:01 to let me know that Luis was on his way. Luis was very professional and diagnosed the problems with my heater quickly and said repairs would coat more than a new one.(We had expected that). He went and got the unit , installed it, cleaned up after himself explained the system and left. It was a smooth and painless call. We appreciate Tipton for sending us the best person for our needs and keeping us updated on what was going on.

There services were extremely expensive - we paid $800 for a leaky shower fix. The guy who serviced our house was very respectful and did a good job.
However, he was only at our home for maybe a little over two hours in total (Showed up Friday afternoon and finally came back Wednesday night) So $800 for maybe 2ish hours of work spread out over almost a week is very high.

On 2/17/2020, our hot water heater died, leaking water all over our garage and down the street. Immediately we called Tipton's Plumbing because of the repeated outstanding service they have provided us in the past. Tipton’s Plumbing responded immediately to my service request; diverted a service technician to our residence, and provided us with maintenance-related instructions over the phone to render the hot water heater to a safe condition and minimize the water leakage. The technician also promptly provided us with an estimate of the time to complete the required work, the cost of the repair, a six-year warranty on the equipment, and one-year warranty on the workmanship. After receiving such outstanding service, we offered to tip Zack and his assistant, but he refused and instead suggested that we share our outstanding customer experience with other potential customers, which is this reason for the exemplary review. Our only regret as homeowners is that we did not discover Tipton’s plumbing earlier.

This is the first time I had to call a plumber for a DYI gone wrong. A real person answered. They offered to come out that night but I opted for the next day because the service call was cheaper. But they would have come out as late as 9 pm (I called at 6 pm). They showed up 1st thing in the morning and he was super nice. They worked with my budget (which was not much) and they warranty the labor for 30 days. Not the part because I purchased it myself. He didn't make me feel bad for attempting to do the job myself. Even gave me some tips. Very happy. Will call again if I need them.

I called Tipton’s and was able to schedule an appointment with them — SAME DAY, during the time that was most convenient with me! Usually repair services make you work around their schedule, so I felt so amazed that they would work around mine. All the staff that I came into contact with either by phone or in person were super friendly. They repair technician explained the problem with my hot water heater and gave me several options to choose from regarding the repair. The work was done in a quick and efficient time frame. They handled the job professionally and were super personable. I will DEFINITELY call Tipton’s again for my plumbing needs! (By the way, this was a second time that I have used Tipton’s in my home and I had the same experience the first time I used their services back in 2015. They are very consistent with the quality, efficiency, and friendliness of their business.)

Job left unfinished, also took my faucet handle with promise to return the same day with the new part that will repair it. Did not return. Got a phone call over a week later, set appointment and did not show. Called the next day. The plumber that originally started the job was apologetic and had a family emergency, the owner was rude and said I was never on his schedule. New appointment set for the following week. I had to run my little one to children’s hospital and said I’d be home by 4pm. Was told that was okay and the plumber would be there after 4pm. No show, no call. Called in the evening and was rudely told they got busy and the last job went over. I said I would pay for the job done but to please bring back my parts and I would finish the rest with another company. Was threatened to be taken to court over time he spent on 5 hardware store searching for a part that was suppose to be fixed over a week ago. I can’t stress enough how rude the owner is and extremely hostile. I get things happen but to not call or show and things keep happening several times. Can’t wait to go to court with this guy because I will not pay for a service I didn’t receive and would never let him finish the job after how disrespectful he was. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

Unbelievable service. I am still picking my jaw off the ground. I had an emergency. Tuned off all water to the house. Called Tipton's for help and my door bell was ringing within the hour. Luis Mia assessed the problem ... cut a small hole in the wall to fix the leak.. and was done in a matter of an hour. I have used other Plumbers through my years but this is the first time I am looking forward to calling them back for future help. Awesome Service, Fantastic work and an amazing price. Don't wast you time calling anyone else. Thank YOU!!!!

Horrible service..... Had to call another company to repair the mess Zachary tipton did

Charged me $300 for a clean out, plumbing never flowed correctly. Tech told me that it was clean and would work perfectly after the bowl filled back up and left. Plumbing completely backed up again in less than a week. Called owner who stated he would send tech the next day and that I needed to find my receipt. Tech came and said my sewer line was broken and that it would cost another $600 for repair or $280 for clean out. Owner refused to do original job and hung up on me after I insisted he do what I paid for. Received call from tech after I got off the phone with the owner, stating he would be out that afternoon for free to “right the wrong”, they never showed up. When I called at 7pm to check and see if they were still coming, owner said he changed his mind. Called Wiggley’s plumbing who fixed plumbing for $100 and gave me a 1 month warranty. Only problem with my plumbing is tree roots. Called owner to let him know that problem was fixed and that I was told no services were performed on my plumbing, owner has blocked me. Filed a complaint with the BBB and a small claims case. This guy is a crook!

Both the man I spoke with on the phone and the technician were very friendly. The service was scheduled quickly and completed in a timely manner. The only issue I had was the cost of the repair for the work completed. The part replaced costs about $25 and installation time was 30 minutes. My total bill was over $500. I will likely shop around a little more if needing this type of repair completed in the future.

I installed a new sink to upgrade our shallow one. Got everything installed and discovered I needed to reconfigure the drain lines. Called Tipton’s and they had somebody out sooner than the timeframe we discussed, which was awesome. Lewis got everything taken care of in a timely manner and the quality was superb. I am very happy with the outcome and the fair pricing!!

Tipton Plumbing responded quickly on a holiday and sent someone out that same day. After finding the problem they returned early the next day & took care of the leak. Awesome professional service, our plumber Lewis did a great job. Would highly recommend.

My husband hired this company to fix our water heater. They came out for a $65 service charge and told us our total for parts and labor would be $853. When my husband called to ask that the bill be itemized the owner was difficult and explained they charge a “flat fee” separate from the service charge. Upon deducting parts we were charged $713 over the service fee for an hour long job! In response to my husband’s questions he began belittling his military service saying that my husband surely knew what it is like to lie and steal from people because he had been in the service. I’m appalled by both the price and his opinion of veterans. This job was completed during normal weekday business hours as well.

Re: our bill was not itemized at the time of service or when the contract was signed. We feel that the technician deceptively implied that most of the $853 was for parts. I don’t believe for a second that my husband would use foul language speaking to someone about business over the phone.

I have used them several times... Never have been disappointed.. Prices are decent and there is no added cost after the job is done.. I believe they are fair and honest .. If you need a great plumber call them..

Was dealing with an underground leak and had already gone through two different plumbers that kept stalling. Called Tipton's on the recommendation of an employee and they came within an hour. Did the work and charged a good price. Will definitely use them in the future for work and home. They were wonderful.
