They have what you need, but know before you go. Staff literally rolls their eyes if you ask for help. I had to make two trips because the first time I went the guy told me there was no way to go from half inch pipe thread to half inch copper. What he sold me there was no way to put together. Then I researched it on my own and went back and got what I needed. I don't blame them that I didn't know what I needed, just saying don't expect them to help.

The quality of materials they sell is going down hill rapidly...

Jess was helping me today, she was fantastic! Great mood, really pleasant to interact with and she was trying to get inside my head in order to help me as efficiently as possible. She's the gold standard for customer service!

Stopped in the other day looking for a piece for a hose bib. The person who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't sell the part I needed but he looked up when I could find it and presented me with the info so I could get the part I needed. Will definitely come back for future plumbing needs. Thanks!

I went here to buy a replacement valve for my shower. The staff, especially Jess, were incredibly helpful. They helped me track down the problem and helped me get the pieces I needed to solve the problem. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I inquired with roto rooter for leak detection, they were efficient in making sure I knew the person would contact me when they said. Jeff came out on a Saturday and performed what needed to be done. He was very friendly and informative, however he said he would send me an estimate later that evening and I never received one. I texted him a few days later and got no response and no estimate for repiping. I guess he didn't want us to use the company 🤷‍♀️

This is a sincere and professional company. I highly recommend. I also suggest that consumers not get into a work contract that involves unlimited expenses.

The technicians showed up within an hour. They were knowledgeable and friendly and listened carefully to my concerns then made sure all was good before they left.

Quaid, Jose, Roni Came out to my house on two consecutive days to fix some sewer issues. They were super professional and effective. Roni especially came at night in an emergency situation and got our toilets and a shower up and running. Quaid and Jose came the next day to finish the job and unclog a sink.

Logan fixed the immediate problem with our sewage line, and explained all aspects of what he observed. He is a real expert in what he's doing - highly recommended!

Service was excellent. They cleaned the drains including out to the street. They also ran a camera through the lines and found an issue. They are returning to fix a pipe not flowing properly
