Great experience. Our technician, Jose Carrillo, was very knowledgeable and provided superior service at an affordable price.

We needed help quickly, and they were here within an hour. Found the problem and took care of it within the next hour. Also advice for the ageing water heater.

If I could give them minus stars I would. We reached out to Roto Rooter to fix a mold issue we had on our kitchen floor. They had no idea what they were doing: we never received an estimate - we were provided a range, we never received a timeline - they disrupted our lives for multiple weeks, they damaged our ceilings with containment plastic, they never finished the job, they made our floors worse.

Then they hit us with a 7K bill and when we disputed the bill they put a lien on our home. We are in the process of suing them now.

Absolutely a disgusting experience that I do not wish upon anyone.

I really appreciated our plumber Logan coming out and working late at night to help fix our leaky sink. He was very helpful and did a great job.

We had a busted pipe late at night, and they were here first thing in the morning!
They got everything dry and were done in a week! Excellent service!
They also discovered some mold, which they got rid of too!

Arranged for them to come as main house water line was busted. Promised between 5:27PM and 7:27PM. No show which caused us a missed opportunity to hire someone else. When called back and got the runaround usual excuses, I was told that they will fulfill their commitment and show up the next day. Do mot hire in the El Cerrito area.

Brian, from Roto-Rooter was awesome and a consummate professional. Walked in, diagnosed the problem in minutes and had everything fixed in no time. Better than that he was incredibly friendly and was a blast to chat with as he worked. Really enjoyed meeting him - made the clogged washer drainage NBD at all.

Quaid was awesome. My kitchen sinks and drain lines were clogged on a Saturday when I had company coming in 4 hours. He came quickly at the time promised, immediately diagnosed the cause of the backup (which was not obvious) and had it fixed in no time. My kitchen was left absolutely clean and ready for company.
He is super good-natured - just a great guy. He had a calming effect on me and my husband. We will definitely use him again and definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Roto-rooter answered my call immediately. They send the plumber within 3 hours as they promised. Logan hard was respectful and honest. He answered all our questions patiently.

I had a leak in a pipe in one of our walls and so I called Roto-Rooter. Brian came out in about an hour, he found the leak and quickly fixed it. I can’t recommend him and Roto-Rooter enough. Thanks!

The plumber was late. He was friendly and informative, did the work professionally and cleaned up the site. I thought the price for clearing a clogged kitchen sink was exorbitant. Based on the cost I will probably not use them again.

On the website, they claim to offer 24/7 service. When I called for help, the staff told me they don’t actually provide emergency services and that I would still need to schedule an appointment.

Their website is falsely advertising 24/7 that they do not deliver, which is misleading and unsafe.

Do not rely on them for emergencies. The 24/7 emergency services are not real. This is false advertisement.

After speaking with the manager, we were able to resolve our concern and reduce the initial charge. I appreciate the company’s follow-up on reviews and their willingness to find a solution.

Of course it was a Saturday when my 100 year old Nanna’s kitchen sink backed up and would NOT drain! And though we tried, tried, and tried AGAIN, it was NOT a problem we were going to be able to solve ourselves… On a SATURDAY, of course!

Quickly, (within an hour or two from the time of my call) Armando at Roto-Rooter was at our door to rescue us! He politely listened to our description of the problem, he made great observations based the setup of our plumbing (for a 2 unit property) and quickly, calmly came to a conclusion about what was needed.

He explained things clearly and was the utmost professional for the entire duration of his time here. He was respectful of the property, he protected the floor, he replaced the clean out cover and did not leave until he had thoroughly tested his work to make sure the problem had been resolved and there are no leaking pipes when he reassembled the plumbing under our sink.

I am glad to to write this review on his behalf because he is the kind of employee any company would hope to have representing their name and their professional image. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On time, knowledgeable and no short cuts. Identified an issue during the removal process and made improvements to the plumbing. Great work.

I called Roto Rooter on Christmas Day for a water leak
Not only did the respond immediately but they came and did the leak repair super quick. The price was fair considering it was Christmas and the tech communicated well and was a super nice guy

Quaid at Rotor-Rooter was great! Patient with me and his explanations about what was happening. He fixed an ongoing problem with the toilet/shower drains that had been going on for a long time but came to a head today.

Brian was great with our installation. He advised getting a new water heater and installed it the very same day. He was prompt and communicated clearly what was needed.

Our roto rooter expert got to the office very fast. He got straight to work, and kept giving us updates on what was going on. Once he identified the problem, he explained to us what happened, and he gave us different solutions to our issue. He was very knowledgeable and resolved our issue very quickly.
