Love this store im a commercial plumber so I go here alot for parts and supplies. They always have exactly what I need to get the job done. They are helpful and willing to answer questions.

We were looking for a very specific part. None of the big box stores had it. We called here and the man who answered the phone was very helpful. They had the part in stock, and it was very reasonably priced.

When I pickup plumbing supplies for our pizza shops, the guys at the front counter are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us pick out the right tankless water heater, adapters and fittings for triple sinks with auto soap induction connections. They get tricky.
Recently, Jennifer guided us though the selection of an entire shower assembly and pick out a whirlpool style bathtub (valves, jets, heater, lights, etc) for our master bath remodeling project.
Without her professional guidance, l'm sure it would've been a long-term and very expensive lesson.
The old TV warning "kids, don't try this at home" comes to mind.
And no, Amazon isn't an option for projects like this either unless, it's plumbing for your hunting shack...

They are always ready to help, have a good selection of parts and are willing to explain the difference. They are truly interested in helping find the best option . Prices are good just remember that they carry good quality products so maybe more than the big box stores, I check here for all my plumbing needs.

Worst customer service ever. Two old guys in the front one with glasses and one without glasses are always rude for no reason. Always seem to be in a bad mood because they have to do their job or have walk away from there counter. Will never go there again!

They were very helpful behind the counter on processing a warranty replacement water heater for one that had started leaking at nine years with a twelve warranty period, and then with helping to load it into my pickup truck. They are very easy to work with!
