Austin was great. Quick, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He advised on a variety of potential short and long term solutions without being pushy in any one direction.

The communication between the office, technician, and myself was terrific. I knew who was coming, including a photo ID. Jared was first-rate. He got a clear idea of my water pressure issues, and then discussed what he thought was the solution, which turned out to be correct.
If I ever need a plumber again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr. Plumber.

Zane and Mike installed our reverse osmosis system quickly. Zane was very knowledgeable about the system and offered great tips on keeping it working at its optimal levels. Both were friendly, and we are hopeful to use them for other products and services.

Above and beyond - from the main office staff to the team on the ground and especially Jason, they were very dedicated to helping us deal with Citizens (absolute pain) and completed the job with great attention to detail of making sure everything was done right

Ryan was awesome and came right out to help us clear the line fast. My disabled husband was so appreciative to not have to be transferred to a hotel for the night. Cannot thank them enough for offering true on time and quick service.

Devan Skaggs was absolutely amazing. Very thorough, explained everything to me and stayed until he was sure my drain was clear and working.

Ryan was very helpful and professional fixed my clog quickly and got my sink back working which is amazing for a family of seven. He also gave me tips on how to keep The drain clear and they warrantied their work for one year which is pretty amazing quit highly recommend to anyone with a clogged kitchen drain.

Gavyn was fantastic - patient and explained things well. Helped solve issue I had in Master Bath sink. Found possible issue w water softener. Did a great Maintenance Review of my home . Would highly recommend him!

Only plumbing company that actually honored their “24/7” claim. Came out around 7:30 PM for a gas leak on my water heater. Found the gas leak, repaired the pipe, uninstalled and reinstalled my water softener that was in the way and all within two hours. Thanks again, DJ Otis. Would’ve given 5 stars if the first call I got back from them wasn’t a man telling me they had no one available until Monday… then I got a second call from DJ stating he was on his way. Became a member due to his service tonite. Canceling my other company’s membership MONDAY when they open…and said that was the only time THEY (Peterman) could get someone out!

My whole experience was top tier. Mr Plumber got me in for service on the same day I requested it. Chuck was on time with a smile and a friendly demeanor. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided tips for avoiding the issue in the future. He was a Rock Star!

Sump pump/float issue. Called on a Saturday. It was an AI conversation which surprisingly was successful in scheduling for a 8-10 am appointment Monday. Josh C, the technician arrived timely and was professional. He diagnosed the issue and got the pump operating.

Always take good care of my family's needs. They don't understand not clogging the drains. Its simple, but you know how that goes. Thanks again for always being dependable!
