They say it opens on Saturdays at 7:30 and it's a lie, there are more than 5 trucks outside waiting and wasting time for nothing.

I delivered a 53' trailer load of water heaters there. They were fast and efficient.
They also let me do my 10hr break on their yard.

Very unhelpful and condescending. One of the guys taking care of us was even eating as he was talking to us. We had a simple request that they could've put some effort into but chose to be rude instead. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Obviously do not care about their contractor customers. It’s hard enough to find a place to use the restroom as a contractor but Ferguson goes and removes the men’s stall door in the public bathroom and doesn’t even have a locking door. Like seriously? How disrespectful. I’ll drive by Ferguson to Baker Mitchell next time or Hajoca.

They charge a premium for quality products and services. Then they dropped everything in the middle of the driveway when the car port was right there. Please do not hire them unless you want your bath tub in the middle of the drive way.

They have lots of supplies and the folks are helpful enough, but...but....their prices are outrageously high...had to buy some black pipe for a project...a 1/2"×8" nipple cost $14...on line $4....all pipe pieces were like that...will not go back

Almost 10pm and Zach thoroughly and professionally cleaned our drains. We are grateful. Very personable.

From the plumber, who cleared the line, to Eddie, who found the leak by the road (that was due to fiber optic line mishap that broke my line), To the 2 man crew who repaired it, everyone was prompt, professional, helpful at answering questions, and did a nice job with the cleanup and repair.

one of the worse experiences of my life. the technician acted like a know it all and wouldn’t listen to any information that I offered. He did not dig. up the pipe drain like in the past but pulled my toilets which I am not sure did a thorough job. He slung my stuff around like it was junk, took dirty towels from the floor and draped them over my shower curtains in both bathrooms. He hit the door to the main bathroom and made 3 intention s to the raw wood all g with a long scratch. He put my personal items including my hair dryer into trash cans. He did not put anything back into place. I feel like he did price gauging because of the situation. He offered to come back the next day to touch up the door and started asking when I’d be home. I told him that I wanted it done correctly. I have called for a manager 2 times and have yet to receive a call almost 3 days later. Very unsatisfied.

Scheduled online, service tech came out same day on the time I chose. Ray was very professional and explained everything to me. Relieved to have this fixed before the holidays !

Roto Rooter fixed our sink within two hours of the call - we will be repeat customers.

We had water pressure issues and contacted Roto Rooter on Sunday. Mr. Reyes arrived within less than a hour. He was very prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very informative and shared his expertise by giving us valuable advices.

Zoning did an excellent job repairing our bursted pipe and ceiling leak. He was speedy, professional, and provided awesome customer service repairs

Guy was friendly but he didn't fix the issue. It wasn't even the toilet that he fixed was the issue it was a flapper stuck on the other toilet so now I am out $500 for something that wasn't wrong with that toilet anyways .

Showed up in the time frame we requested. Zonun was very respectful and explained the issue. Helped ease our minds and prevented a bigger issue.
